They have been absolutely amazing. They have a warranty for their product that they actually uphold to! They have great customer service. They’re fast! Reliable, and the product that they have to offer is top of the line! Whether you’re light painting and taking amazing photos! To flowing (like I do) with it and their fiber optic attachment. Which comes in regular and sparkle fibers!

I will give Ants on a Melon 5 stars! The customer service has been exceptional and very quick to respond to my enquiries. The only negative was that the free shipping with UPS, my shipment got lost. However the team at Ants on a Melon were great to resend my order on the express service. I will highly recommend spending the extra money going with the express option and not rely on free shipping. Better yet, I would personally pay even more for shipping if they used DHL or Fedex. A glance at UPS rating is 1 out of 5 over thousands of ratings.

I have been buying gear from AOAM for years. So, when they came out with the new Critter through a Kickstarter campaign, I signed on. It took quite awhile for the Critters to actually come to market as there were issues with supplies and such, but Joel kept his investors informed throughout the process. When we finally got the product, Critter 2.0, it was heads-and-tails better than the first version. At first it was a little mind-boggling to figure it out, but an update and a manual made using it sooooo much better. Plus, they have continued to add innovative tools to their site, including adapters that play well with other light painting manufacturer's tools. That, and stellar responsiveness, what more can you ask for?

Absolutely wonderful experience with Ants on a Melon! This small company really knows how to treat customers right. I made many purchases and each time, the experience was great. Packages were well protected and shipping was fast. The build quality of each item is exceptional. I had a couple of questions and the staff was very responsive and helpful. I'm very grateful and happy to have found Ants on a Melon.

I absolutely love the whips from Ants On a Melon. This is my third fiber head in a different size and fiber count and I am just obsessed with the length and different shapes i can create with this whip.

Shipping was super fast. Quality is top notch. I've had my glofx whips for years, did a little research and decided to buy an AOAM whip. Love it. Still figuring out the app, I do wish it was a little more user friendly. I can't seem to program a custom rainbow. Probably user error. It also has a hard time connecting at times, it will say connection error even though it's connected. But even the preset settings are gorgeous. The 7ft head is amazing for body wrap which is mostly my flow style. I had both of my whips out at our last event and hands down the AOAM was more vibrant, flowed better and got so many remarks. I saw on videos its possible to toggle off the power button, still trying to figure that out as well. Overall, quality and function are top notch.

Their customer service is fantastic❢ I texted with questions and they got right back to me. They shipped my stuff really quickly and, of course, it’s a great product. I love it❢!

New Battery doors and battery troubleshooting helped my whips very much! Email and responses were timely. I originally emailed with concern and worry, and I was met with kindness and helpful information. I am more than satisfied with the AOM staff and their problem-solving skills considering I misnamed two items. Will be purchasing end caps to ensure critter safety! Thought I had the newest critter and realized I have the 1.0 and 2.0 , but will be keeping the type c charger for the next Critter I purchase. Am sad that the app is not compatible with my iPhone 11, but you get the same features if you are educated on how to program via buttons! The critter guides are downloadable and easy to navigate. Thank you again y'all!

I'm obsessed!!! This whip is such a huge upgrade from the previous one I had. Being able to change and fully customize the colors on the app is amazing! Their customer service was also so responsive when I was trying to decide which fiber style to buy. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who likes lights.

Really disappointed of the customer service, after exchanging many mails with the company I felt like I was just talking to chatGPT and not even a real human being.
Disappointed of paying 50$ for a fast shipping service that was never honored and receiving my item two weeks instead of 3 days later. So easy to point fingers at others and not take responsibility. You choose the company you work with they should be trustworthy. Do not propose a service if you’re not sure you can honor it or maybe just refund a little something to your customer when that happens, that would change everything.
Nothing to say on the product it’s definitely good quality just wished I had bought it to someone more reliable.

So I’ve been flowing for about 5 years and half of that time Ants on a Melon has been my go-to suggestion for the more serious flow artist. AOAM has the best fiber optic flow toys on the market. The fiber counts are robust and silky and the shape of the handle (perfectly straight) helps with trickier maneuvers. I do double whips n rarely run into others who do the same but when I do it’s AOAM. Also I’ve totally had to send them in for servicing because I like to flow and invariably need a retune but they are quick to respond and fix for a small service fee if it’s not covered under warranty. I love this brand.

I was expecting my package on Monday, today is Thursday and still no package, and I leave for my trip out west to do lightpainting in the morning, so I am very displeased

I have used your products since 2016 and recommend it to everyone! I absolutely love you guys! I could never say enough nice things. You have fulfilled last-minute orders for when I performed like complete angels. I still have my old steel og whip along with the beautiful and sleek new model. The durability and brightness are next level! I have yet to run into someone else who uses a double though. Thank you for everything and I will allllwayyys stick with antsonamelon 🫶🐜🍉
