It was so easy to order on line and my daughter loved her gifts!!!
Ordered flowers for valentines day, selected the 13th for delivery just to be sure it would arrive on time. Order was placed on the 31st on January.
Received an email on the 10th saying delivery was not possible and it would be the 16th.
Contacted them for a resolution and they said it wasn't possible to deliver on time. Which amazes me considering the order was placed two weeks before the delivery date.
I asked for a full refund and they would not do that. Was offered a store credit.
Have now received a further email saying it will be the 17th at the earliest.
Feeling incredibly let down and would not recommend ordering with this company.
Flowers arrived one day late which was disappointing but when it's the wrong flowers it's just embarrassing.
Difficult to recommend when they get the two most important things wrong.
Disappointing and disastrous.

I have received about 4 of these bouquets from various people. They arrived looking so lovely but none lasted more than 3 days at the most even lilies didnt open! I followed all instructions on how to treat them. Bouquets from other companies last for ages.
I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I have written to them but totally ignored.

Delivered on time and lovely quality flowers
Ordering was very easy and was delivered in less than 24hrs.
Roses are absolutely beautiful and were presented in a vase, which was delightfully unexpected, and strong protective packaging.
A stunning gift thank you, and thank you for a fabulous gifting experience.
A wonderful service. Beautiful flowers and as advertised. I ordered from Australia for a UK delivery. Simply perfect
The online experience was great, the searching by categories made it really simple and the options on offer were really impressive.
They deliver by Royal Mail parcel force and as expected that experience let us down with the postman claiming to have tried to deliver but clearly didn't. I did make this point to the team at Appleyard Flowers and they refunded the next day by 2:00pm deliver guarantee straight away which was great and the customer service team do respond straight away. The flowers were delivered to the next morning.
What matters the quality of the flowers, the gift, the card and the packaging. I wasn’t there but based on the multiple WhatsApp videos I received from a very happy birthday recipient was pure delight, the flowers were stunning just as shown on the website, and I was told "I wish I could share the scent over the phone, they are so fresh it’s like the came straight form the garden"
This is a premium product and the strive for premium service happy to highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.
Everything went exactly as planned, thank you.
Definitely lived up to the best possible customer service!
Max was extremely empathetic and went over and above to ensure my order issue was corrected.
Highly recommend- and will definitely be using Appleyard again!
I placed an order on 12 January for my wife's valentine flowers. On 28 January I received an email stating "It is with regret that we have to inform you that due to a stock issue we will be unable to fulfill your order. To get something sent out and to ensure your recipient gets their gift on time we are able to have an alternative bouquet sent out. " I replied to cancel as I ordered a unique bouquet and why should they choose the replacement. Then I noticed and sent another email "I placed two orders this year and had a problem using a promotional code which refused to work on one and the other, an email informs me, cannot be fulfilled as there is no stock. The latter order, #500871504, I have cancelled as a similar bouquet is unavailable. Given that this order is for 14 February delivery I find it strange that you are still selling it for delivery after 30 January." I received an apology email and expressed dissatisfaction with it. Then I had another email which tried to explain how they could still sell the bouquet whilst cancelling my order which just lost my trust with this company completely.
Updated: Appleyard Flowers responded to my experience and replied to this post very quickly and they don't clarify what they mean by resolution. I have merely written about my experience. The email includes "While we honored your request for a full refund immediately, it is truly disheartening to see that you are still so upset despite our efforts to be transparent." and "at times we do run out of stock as specific stems are not always in season". The first I am legally entitled to and the second they are still offering the bouquet for sale, so they make no sense. They offered me a free bouquet "to make this right for me". They can't make this right, it happened and it was a very bad and insulting experience.

Lovely choices, I bought a ZZ Plant for myself! Very pleased with it and the delivery time was so quick it was almost instant!
Beautiful orchid that arrived the following day!
flowers and wine delivered on time and looked lovely
Lovely flowers delivered on time. Thank you!
They offer a money back guarantee, but when I complained twice they refused to deliver anymore - that was years ago, I recently placed an order to give them a second/ third chance, I have a £20 gift voucher with them still and a discount from my credit card so it was worth the risk - but they cancelled my order last minute so I had to find a last minute option. There are much better companies out there.
