I found filling out the form quick and easy...although i did have to search for documents for NI Number otherwise easy...but not everyone at our age can use the internet then would need help...

Quick and Easy to use. Simple, easy to understand questions. Short. The only drawback, for me, was that there was nowhere to add any other small but potentially relevant information.

I'm not good filling in forms . But this was fairly easy for me. When it's complicated & lots of questions its difficult as I cannot remember things & Get into a panic.

I found the on-line form filling very straightforward which is a help for someone who is not very tech savvy. I had wondered if I would have lost Ins cover of the years at home with my daughter.

Most of it was easy to complete, my children's year of birth i am almost sure and ex husband (who has passed) i just remember he was 2 years older than me.

Whilst the form was easy to complete, when I clicked on a link for reading certain terms and conditions I was told I would be leaving your website and then I had to complete the form again.

You need to have all details on hand, some may need time to find or collect ie. National insurance number.

It was simple to follow, I just worried that I had been married twice. First time was Kilburn. Thee was no question whether it first or second marriage my child had my first husband's name.

It was so easy to use sometimes these on line forms can be confusing but this one is wonderful
