We didn't had enough information over the return flight
We didn't had enough information regarding the return flight. There was no possibility to do the pre-checking. To know at the airport that we didn't had baggage. We had to pay 130€ at the airport... horrible. Other than that, organization was good.

Breakfast was so good and the service…
Breakfast was so good and the service during the breakfast was only the super. Otherwise we felt like a raciest at the reception specially from the morning shift one elderly lady. The building were so antique and noises comes in out like we sleep at the public places and whole night we Couldn’t sleep some noises comes in like we sleep in plane.Refrigerator wasn’t working 4 nights we didn’t have place to put our drinks, we even complained at the reception but no one came to see even one. We even felt like when can we come out of this hotel, we call the aurumtours to change the hotel they said sorry. we even requested to change the room at the reception they said it will charge extra. So much of the money spent unnecessarily believing check24. Never do advertising work for this hotel please. There are so many good hotel in calella. Htop Amaika was the worst experience we had.we booked only because of check24 because it’s famous among us. But if you guys go on doing advertising hotel like this no one will book from check24. Totally wastage of money and time. I cried almost.

Everything was perfect.. we were 8 ladies that travelled together.. at first there was only 7 and the last one booked after 1 week but it was no problem for the company to get her into the reservation with the others.. everything was good from the organisation to the hotel and service… will recommend it to everyone 👌
