Brilliant service from Bailey of Bristol. Special mention to Freya in sorting out the transferring of the Bailey warranty onto my new caravan. A really happy customer thank you.
The handover was exceptional as ever from Barry at Spinney in Staffordshire! Very knowledgeable of the Bailey product! This is our 4th Bailey over the years from a new Senator Indiana, 2 new Unicorns all from Sinney. We tried an Elddis then a Coachman, both great caravans? but I have now returned back to Bailey and so far I am very impressed with the Alicanto Alvor Deluxe. It feels quality made and well put together? It ticks all the right boxes.
There were a few very tiny snags on the handover which Bailey and Spinney are already sorting.
Excellent after sales service and support as you’d expect from a manufacturer such as Bailey and a reputable dealership like Spinney!
Just had a 4 day trip to get used to it and it was perfect 👌
So far I am very impressed with our new van and service provided
Here’s to more many happy memories made in our new palace on wheels
I would like to share a very positive experience with Bailey of Bristol and especially with Freya from the team. From the very beginning she was incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely attentive. I asked if she could kindly keep an eye on my order and let me know when it would be dispatched, as I didn’t want to miss anything.
Originally I was told dispatch could take around two weeks, but thanks to Freya’s personal attention and effort my order was organised and sent much earlier than expected — almost immediately after I placed it. She even took the time to call me personally to inform me that everything had been shipped, which I truly appreciated.
It’s rare to come across someone so proactive, responsible and kind in customer service today. Freya went above and beyond, and her dedication made the whole experience smooth, fast and genuinely pleasant.
A big thank you to Freya and the Bailey of Bristol team — this is exactly the kind of service that builds real trust and loyalty. Outstanding support and wonderful people behind the company.
Bought an Adamo last year (privately) and I was not aware of the limited time u had to change the warranty over to my name. The staff at Bailey's were very helpful and changed the warranty over.

UPDATE: Please read the 'could not care less' unacceptable response from Bailey of Bristol.
Having watched some Adventure Videos featuring their 2025 Bailey Endeavour B62 Campervan I purchased one. My previous Campervan was able to sustain off-grid use for up to two days so it was important the B62 was capable of the same. At the point of sale I was assured that the B62's existing AGM leisure battery would be sufficient for off-grid use. Fast forward to two mountain biking trips ruined by the failure of the leisure battery which could only run the diesal heater for 2 to 3 hours! After that the 12 volt system in the Campervan would shut down leaving me with no water, pump, fridge, lighting, heating etc. My Adventure Trips were runined so I had to return home. Another B62 customer at the Service Centre had been experiencing exactly the same problem. Now the Service Centre at Knowepark in Scotland was exceptional and treated the problem very seriously. So in order to make the B62 fit for off-grid use I had to pay for a battery upgrade. Yes, despite being under warranty I had to pay for the upgrade to ensure the B62 was fit for purpose. If anyone out there has experienced a similar issue please get in touch with me. I am already in touch with another customer who experienced the same issue but from a simple Google search It appears there are indeed more. I am blissfully retired so plenty of time on my hands to see this through. I will be publishing videos of this unacceptable situation at Big Stoozer Adventures channel on YouTube. Tel: 07584 131166

The help I've received in transfering the warranty into my name has been absolutely hassle free.

Please, don't buy a Bailey caravan.
We bought ours, a Unicorn Cabrera, in May 2024 and have had issues, some serious, on almost every outing.
On our first trip, we arrived on site to find pink Alde fluid all over the wardrobe floor. The hopper had been so badly fitted that the overflow tube had worn through the plastic, allowing fluid to leak. Our first day was spent looking for spares to mend it.
Next trip, and my Wife gets her hair washed from water pouring in from the roof. A trip cut short to visit the dealer who initially thought it was a window seal, but then found that that an area in the roof hadnt been sealed.
Since then we've had a broken wheel jack, I've cut my arm on the razer sharp window edges, the front blind wont close, a drawer has fallen out and the pull out table is jammed. The centre bathroom walls creaked so badly that they had to be re sealed and tighted.
And now we have another leak, awning rail I think, and the toilet pump has stopped working.
Our dealer, Winchester Caravans, have been exemplary, I can't praise them highly enough, but when I've spoken to Bailey representatives at NEC shows, including a Director, all I've had is sympathetic words. Our business has been so important to him that he couldnt be bothered to take my details.
So where do we go from here? Well, we use our caravan all year round, and having trust in it is vital. We reviewed the market extensively, and bought a Bailey because it best matched our needs. We were aware of a lot of negative feed back, but put this down to a few armchair warriors. We now know this feedback to be true.
Bailey caravans have some innovative features and look nice, but its the bits you can't see that you need to worry about. The most important requirement for a caravan is to be water tight, and clearly ours isnt. Quite simply, they are badly made.
So its back to the market. Financially, it will hurt but its a lesson learned.
Bailey, you'll probably reply asking me to email. Don't bother. Speak to Winchester Caravans, they have my phone number. If you really care, you'll call.

We bought a 4 year old Bailey Cadiz Black Edition earlier this year privately, excellent condition, this being our second Bailey. What a great van. I left it late to extend the warranty which was my fault, but Bailey still agreed to extend the warranty still which gave us great piece of mind. I can safely say its Bailey all the way. We have had other caravans and a few almost new Motor homes from other makers which have needed warranty work in the past and have been a nightmare. We are now looking for a few great years touring with our Cadiz...

Terrible build quality on 2025 adamo XL-T owned the vehicle for 3 months it’s since been back at the dealer being repaired for the last 5 months and counting. Bailey could not care less and have offered nothing more than an apology. Shocking company and customer service. I highly recommend to avoid buying from this company

Just bought my third used Bailey and been very happy with the vans and the local dealer I use for service. Registering the warranty transfer was a very simple and problem free. Looking forward to continuing our Bailey experience.

Since buying our caravan from new in November 2022 we have had nothing but trouble in and out of the workshop and this year we were unable to use it from April until August and even then when we got it back the jobs that were supposed to have been done had not, but I would not touch another Bailey caravan the manufacture is shoddy and made with cheap parts during COVID so they could cash in but yet take no responsibility and just say it is under warranty, no concerns about the inconvenience of not being able to use a leisure vehicle for what it was bought for, nor nothing in way of compensation in whatever form, absolute disgrace along with Campbell's were we bought it from, do not touch any of the big caravan operators they are all the same.
19/12/2025.
Having responded to Bailey's reply to below by email with my mobile number to speak to them,I am still awaiting there call or any other form of communication, after 12 days, once again demonstrates how bad there customer service is, and once again our caravan has been in the workshop and once again more problems found this time with the TV sockets and the Booster which had been shorting out at the socket and the Booster getting really hot, this once again must have been like that from the very start, the service centre put in a claim under warranty and was turned down saying it was out of the two year period, I sent an email to Bailey who responded by saying they will work with the service centre on this, but again still no contact.

Widely known for having probably the worst build quality in the industry, total lack of care about the finish and standard.
Were on our second Adamo in 9 months and having had this one for 5 hours I can say its being rejected, the fact the vehicles come out the factory looking like this is an absolute disgrace.
Please people do your research, our Yt video on this got 19k views thank god and I've had countless Adamo owners contact me about all the same issues.
They are a disgrace to themselves and should be ashamed.

We bought our Bailey Alicante Grande II in April 2025 from a Bailey dealer. The caravan is a 2023 model and we are very happy with it.
We are not happy with the communication from the dealer and yourselves regarding the transfer of water ingress warranty. The dealer never informed us of the transfer of ownership to preserve the warranty, it wasn’t until we booked the caravan in for it’s annual service that the service provider asked if we had transferred ownership with yourselves.
I presumed it would be a simple case of contacting you and making the transfer, it wasn’t until I started looking into it I realised there was a three month time restriction.
Fortunately for us the caravan was serviced with no problems or concerns reported.
I think it’s poor customer service by your company and the dealership not to carry out the warranty transfer as part of the sale administration, as most customers will be like me, unaware of the three month rule.

We were worried about the damp on a 3 year old Bailey caravan and didn’t know until we had it serviced and didn’t know Bailey hadn’t got it registered from the dealer

Contacted Bailey direct after terrible experience with Yorkshire caravan after sales - was really surprised to see that they are even worst in the customer service department- I will never buy a Bailey again - just a shame my caravan is only 9months old and I have had the worst experience ever and warn others

Purchased a Bailey caravan new from perthshire caravans and have experienced nothing but trouble with Perthshire caravans so i raised the issues with Baileys direct. i am appalled by their attitude, which is one of complete indifference to my issues and concerns. They have advised that a 4mm tolerance is acceptable on build (despite this being a dimension and not a tolerance which has a +- value ), they ignore all requests for evidence to support their 4mm claim, they fail to respond to emails and ignore specific questions in the hope i will go away. I finally asked for a copy of their complaints procedure (as it is not on their website) and a list of trade bodies they belong to, unsurprisingly this was ignored. Appalling service and complete indifference to customer service/
Terrible attitude. Purchased caravan and had issue with damp in it when serviced and Bailey of Bristol wanted nothing to do with it as didn't register it when first purchased. Service book does not give clear instructions on what or how you register for warranty as half way through service book. Not obvious. Attitude of company was tough your fault and wouldn't even entertain a possible solution or offer part payment to fix a common fault on their caravans which they know about. DO NOT BUY A CARAVAN FROM THIS COMPANY
