Beachborough is an independent prep school for around 400 children aged 2.5 years (Nursery) and 13 years (Year 8), located in the picturesque village of Westbury, Northamptonshire and nestled on the borders of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. At Beachborough Prep, learning and having fun go hand in hand. Happy children are successful children and we focus on creating an inspiring and nurturing learning environment where each and every child can flourish. With state of the art teaching facilities and 35 acres of sports pitches, woodland, wetlands and forest school, our pupils are immersed into an environment where each child feels known, valued and supported to be the best they can be. Our growth mindset philosophy enables children to participate in a plethora of extra-curricular activities, to shine and express themselves in ways that aren't always possible in the classroom and most of all, encourage them to have a go! Our co-curricular offering consists of over 20 clubs to try from modern dance to battle re-enactment, there really is something for everyone. Our flexible approach to boarding means that your children are safe and cared for in our home-from-home boarding house with our committed boarding house team (and pets!). We always have an eye on achieving a balance between having fun and getting a good night's sleep! We have 100% success pass rate at senior school entrance exams and over 20 scholarships are achieved each year. We have been rated 'Excellent in all areas' in our most recent ISI Inspection. See more
