Having such a fantastic music store in the UK is a true blessing, and its location in Kidderminster is an added bonus. The staff here are remarkable—completely devoted to their craft while remaining approachable and supportive. The atmosphere in the shop is amazing, and the instruction is exceptionally professional, led by Phil, who is committed to continually improving this wonderful place. Joel's guitar instruction and technical expertise are outstanding. I must highlight Jodie's role in transforming my singing journey from uncertainty to confidence, instilling belief that anything is achievable. Her patience is extraordinary. Many thanks to everyone involved. I am one very happy customer.

I purchased a guitar and it was delivered surprisingly fast—ordered it on Sunday night and it was here by Tuesday morning, with no delivery charge. When I suspected there might be an issue with the guitar (turns out, it was flawless), they promptly got back to me to sort it out. Truly outstanding service in every aspect.

my daughter has been having guitar lessons here for 3 months. she was a total beginner but has learnt loads and we're happy with her progress. They are really flexible with lessons, and where able to give face time lessons during lockdown. It's a friendly bunch and I'd recommend them to everyone.

My Son is 13 and has been having weekly guitar lessons from Joel since Jan 2020. Joel is fantastic with my Son, who is autistic. He is always positive, gives lots of praise and clearly knows how to relate to kids. My Son is extremely comfortable in his lessons. Even during lockdown Joel maintained weekly lessons via skype. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend Beryls Guitars!

I bought a guitar which arrived very quickly (Tuesday morning when ordered Sunday night) with free delivery, and when I thought there may have been a problem with the guitar (there wasn’t it was in immaculate condition) they called me back quickly to help resolve the issue. Excellent service all around.

My son was looking to buy a Gretsch G5426 Silver jet club and after being let down by another retailer i found one on Beryls site (there's not many around) To check stock i emailed them and the response was fantastic, I could immediately tell i was dealing with a company that cares. I purchased the guitar and the customer service was amazing, within minutes i had dispatch details and it arrived the very next day even though we had selected normal free delivery (thank you). My son loves the Guitar and i won't hesitate to use Beryl Guitars again.

I took my Ibanez AGS73 to a very big and well known guitar store in Birmingham. I needed it set up properly and some fret buzz sorting out.

The experience was not great and my guitar still had fret buzz - they blamed the guitar! I decided against taking it back.

I found Beryl Guitars on the web and told them of my experience. I now had two problems that needed attention.

The original fret buzz that did not get sorted by the Birmingham store and a new problem. The new problem occurred when recording the guitar on a Mac computer through a recently acquired audio interface and Ableton software. The guitar had a distinct warble sound which was a disaster for recording.

I spoke to Phil and asked him to check that the pick-ups were set properly.

I collected the guitar about a week later and I could not be more pleased. The fret buzz has completely gone and - equally as important to me - the audio interface warble has also disappeared.

So, my sincere thanks to Phil and all at Beryl Guitars - you have made Bob from Malvern a very satisfied and happy customer.

We are blessed to have such a fabulous music shop in the UK and that it is in Kidderminster is a massive bonus. Truly great people who are all so dedicated to their art yet so humble and helpful. The shop has a great vibe, the teaching is just so professional and all expertly led by Phil who works tirelessly to develop and enhance this already great place; Joel who's guitar teaching and technical knowledge is first rate. Special mention of Jodie who has taken me from conscious incompetence in my ability to sing; to feelings of confidence and progression; making me believing, all is possible. She has incredible patience. Thank you one and all. One very satisfied customer.

As a Drummer and Drum restorer I know vary little about Guitars. I Find Beryl Guitars a good and honest up and coming company one that you can trust, Having on occasions repaired a Drum for them.

My daughter, Isabella, sadly lost her battle with depression in May this year. I must say, though, that the guitar we bought from you brought her great happiness for the time she was here and it sits still by her bed. Your teaching was brilliant and helped her to build her confidence as a player and singer. I'd recommend you to anyone wishing to learn or buy.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Purchased a right handed guitar instead of a left by mistake. Phil at Beryl Guitars couldn't have been more helpful in getting my mistake sorted. Now have 1 very happy 14yr old who wants a bass guitar next. Will definitely use Beryl Guitars for that.

I have bought various products from Beryl over the last couple of years and they're fantastic! I also did work experience there and the team taught me loads of things. Definitely recommend if you're looking to buy a new guitar, very friendly and helpful staff.

While I was restoring (and still am) building a few guitars, I always called in to look and ask for different parts, they even wired up one of my guitars as I didn't have a clue. Honestly, if you're a guitarist in the Kidderminster area then I highly recommend them

All the time I have used Beryl Guitars, I have been impressed with their knowledge, helpfulness, commitment, and professionalism that they have shown to me. Sadly, due to personal circumstances, my journey has come to a temporary pause. But I am hoping to continue at some point in the near future. My guitar teacher, Joel, must have the patience of a saint to cope with my clumsiness, but he does, and doesnt make me feel bad when I really am.
With their knowledge of setup and tuning, they should be able to perform anything apart from paint surgery on your guitar (and I believe they have an external paint guy available who can cover that for them). So anything you need for a guitar is covered by the guys at Beryl Guitars. A shop full of people you can trust.
