Excellent customer service.
I don't normally leave reviews but the team at Billy Clarke Fishing Tackle went above and beyond to get the correct spare parts sent out to me. They even sent out an extra part to make sure that I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service.

Purchased from Billy Clarke multiple times over the years and always received my order quickly. However, I recently had an issue with one of my orders and found that they refuse to reply to any of their customer service enquiries.
