My bird has a LOT of fun at BST! Based on the daily updates, and the flock friends, my bird is such a happy camper!

Had a wonderful experience with Samantha. She cared for our baby conure for 3 days and gave it such excellent care. She took us as a last-minute booking and we were so appreciative. Will certainly return if we ever need services like this again. Would highly recommend if you want a loving and caring bird-sitter!

We were looking for someone to look after our budgie while we were on vacation for two weeks. I recently had the pleasure of using Bird Sitting Toronto for my African Grey parrot (Kasey), and the experience was exceptional. Samantha provided daily video and picture updates, which was incredibly reassuring. It was clear that she genuinely cared for Kasey, was attentive to his needs and even trimmed his nails and beak during his stay! The regular communication helped me feel connected and confident that Kasey was in great hands. I highly recommend Bird Sitting Toronto to any bird owner looking for reliable and thoughtful care. I took my canary in for a beak and claw trim.
Samantha did a fine job. My bird came back half an hour later feeling calm and looking dapper.
I was very happy with her service.

My cockatiels had a wonderful Vacay with Bird Sitting Toronto. They enjoyed mtng other birds and adjusted well. I received daily photos and videos during their 2 week stay.Seeing them happy allowed me to rest easy on my Vacay. WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED FOR 2 WEEKS IN SEPTEMBER.

Samantha babysat our conure for 3 days as a test run for a longer babysitting stint we need for August. We were super-impressed with her service. Samantha was friendly, accommodating and most importantly really amazing with our little guy. You could see taking care of birds is her passion. We got photo and video updates and he seemed happy and relaxed in her care. We now feel confident leaving him with her for an extended period. We highly recommend her for any baby(bird) sitting you need!

I have used Bird Sitting Toronto on 2 occasions so far and I have only good things to say about them. Samantha has been so caring and understanding of my bird's behavior and while I was a bit worried my very vocal Indian ringneck might be a bit too much for anybody, she proved to be a true bird whisperer. She takes great care of the birds and provides updates through photos and videos constantly. Any questions I've had were immediately addressed. I love that they have a schedule for the entire flock as my bird has been benefiting from structure in its training and he seems to be enjoying the stays a lot. I am finally at ease to leave him with someone else, I'm very grateful to have found them!

Wow such a great service. Samantha is well organized and did daily updates w/pictures and videos. She did a nail trim and was very pleasant to deal with. Great value for such an important service-it is rare to find a bird service of this quality. We will 100% be using Bird Sitting Toronto in the future and it's so worth the drive from Brampton.
