Do not bother with this company

Do not bother with this company. This has been my worst experience ever with an online seller, and that’s saying something! Ordered some stickers on 2nd December 2025, eventually they told me in mid January that my order had been lost. I’m am still waiting for the reorder on 11th February. Poor communication too.

Shocking Service, you cant even speak to any customer service, just a useless AI bot that doesnt make sense. No phone or email information, terrible.

I requested a slight change to the design a few minutes after ordering which is within reasonable time frame.

But I get a response stating "any change is impossible"

So we now are stuck with a shite product sent by them,

Please don't purchase from this company if you want problems. We have now learnt our lesson and are moving over to a different company which is what most other businesses will end up doing.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Constantly printing my products in wrong colours and wrong formats. Then tries to justify their actions and starts ignoring the customer.

Ordered and paid a lot for quick…

Ordered and paid a lot for quick delivery, nearly 3 weeks later still no business cards after they were "sent back" as the address was wrong, it wasn't.

No comms via email, refund requested but no response. Don't use.
