I’ve purchased this last month

I’ve purchased this last month. It only worked for a few minutes. After that it’s dead. Tried to email the company several times but no reply to this day.

It’s a total scam.

I realised it’s not safe to buy any product from any website that has no physical address and contact telephone number at least.

DON’T BUY

DON’T BUY. Garbage product. Worked OK for a short while, now just randomly fail to charge, disconnect and reconnect at will and fail to switch on or off most of the time. Basically a scam, simple as that.

Simply not fit for purpose; a waste of money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought 2 pairs of blankpods (1 for me, 1 for my wife) and neither pair are at all fit for purpose; we bought them to use when walking, running or exercising - the standard things you’d expect for a wireless earphone - but the connection constantly drops out as soon as I start moving so I have to keep reconnecting, which eventually stops working. When going for a run my wife’s work for maybe 2 minutes and then disconnect with sometimes 1 ear playing at random times. I’ve emailed several times and have been told it must be user error so have been sent instructions. We’ve followed the instructions to the letter but still have the same problems. I used them at the gym today and, despite charging them for an hour before leaving the house, after about 20 mins they stopped working and then only one ear would play even after reconnecting them. The company make it almost impossible to return the product one it’s been used so there’s no chance of getting money back. The product is a complete waste of money, and then company themselves are just as bad when it comes to customer service. DO NOT BUY BLANKPODS!

Do Not Touch This Company

Absolute waste of money. Only one side would charge and that only lasted for five minuets. I sent them back and have heard nothing. I am trying to get my money back through PayPal but these frauds are just dragging it out. A complete rip off. Avoid at all costs.

These earphones are duds, don't buy!

These earphones are duds, don't buy! It's just been money down the drain. I bought them recently and the right earbud doesn't work at all. It only stayed on for about 5 mins and after a day it completely died and doesn't want to come back on. It doesn't matter how much I charge it. As with the previous reviewer I contacted customer service who responded with a generic email about trouble shooting. After many more emails to them they are now just ignoring me. They haven't even offered I return these and I will probably never receive a refund. These have now become a very expensive cat toy.

First pair kept losing connection

First pair kept losing connection, songs interrupted. Sent those back and got a replacement set only to discover that one pod refuses to connect. Now residing in the bin. I'll never buy anything advertised on Instagram again.

Useless

Unreliable, faulty, flimsy, not as advertised. Connection is shaky if it connects at all, one pod doesn’t work at all! Returns policy is a joke and customer service doesn’t get back to you. Really upset and feel scammed.

Avoid at all costs!

These are awful - both my husband and I had a pair (Different colours) both don’t work as needed. Don’t hold charge and one ear bud from each is faulty and won’t charge properly. Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing.

They haven’t been in contact following our initial complaint. Massive scam! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Do not buy

Had the same experience as most of the other reviewers.

First pair arrived- they semi-worked for about half an hour then ran out of battery (after charging for an hour as directed). Sound quality was awful and cut out as soon as I moved even the tiniest bit.

The right one then stopped even registering and wouldn’t charge and they were unresponsive with my phone. The settings they claim to exist through the Bluetooth menu don’t. Contacted the company - completely patronising and just assumed that I don’t know how to charge something or turn something on and off.

Sent the headphones back for a replacement - my partner has them as well and his actually work ok (not amazingly but for the price what do you expect) so thought I must have just had bad luck.

I’m pretty sure they just repackaged the same pair and sent them back to me because the ‘new’ ones had all the same issues.

I’ve now sent 3 messages to them asking for a refund and haven’t heard anything back.

Shocking customer service and a product that’s not fit for purpose.

DO NOT BUY - SCAM ‘EVIE’

I brought these a few weeks ago and they didn’t work. They kept disconnecting and the sound was awful. I contacted Evie from ‘customer service’ and she asked for them to be returned and tested. After I chased her she agreed they were faulty and sent another pair which strangely enough done the same.
I sent them back recorded delivery for Evie to tell me she hadn’t received them and to send proof of postage which I did. Now she has gone silent. A number of emails have been sent to her demanding my money back and nothing.
What a complete scam and a waste of money. Im so angry that I am being ignored, a complete fraud!

REPORTING THEM TO ACTION FRAUD

I echo every other review on here stating that this company is a complete scam. I bought the pods, they don't work at all, and don't pair with anything, and now the customer service people have stopped replying to my emails and are refusing to refund my money. I am in the process of reporting them to Action Fraud because this set-up is almost certainly illegal. DO NOT buy from them, ever.

Bought a set of BlankPods pro in white…

Bought a set of BlankPods pro in white at thr start of May 2020. Wish I’d checked here first! They arrived quite quickly but never really worked from day one. Kept losing Bluetooth connection never got through a single song without losing sound on either ear or lost connection altogether. Got in touch with them and was advised to return for replacement which I did, however that was the last communication from them. Thankfully I used Royal Mail tracked post and raised a claim through PayPal who I’d used to buy them. Thank goodness I did! BlankPods would have left me high and dry. PayPal came good after a bit of come and go and refunded me. Lessons learned. 1/Use PayPal or a credit card to pay for stuff. 2/Track any returns. 3/Check Trustpilot before making purchases. 4/ Avoid BlankPods .

Avoid!!!!

Avoid, waste of money. I sent them back to them and asked for a refund as they wasn't working as they should, they sent back my originals and wouldn't refund. Don't waste your money, a true rip off company!

They order from AliExpress

I think I know now they don’t have stock or yet in fact they take orders and they placed it on AliExpress(there are similar items for £15-20) hence item are shipped from China or HongKong. That’s the reason it takes ages to arrive. Check your package guy. Mine arrived after 8weeks, item wasn’t as advertised it went directly to the bin.
PayPal not helpful more on the business side.

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace and really shouldnt be trading with you guys.

Heres my original email of complaint to them

"Hi there,

I bought these as a present for my girlfriend for her birthday and weve just opened them (she’s been self isolating for 8 weeks with Corona) and the pods are different shapes and don’t fit into the charging box properly. It may be that there both right fitting buds. Also they don’t even show up in my iPhone bluetooth list at all so I can’t even use one.

Really unhappy about this can. Can you send the correct replacements please? I can send these ones back if need be. Heres some images of them.

They took weeks to get back to me and then sent a replacement pair that also dont work. Also I bought a wireless charging pad from them and that still hasnt arrived even though I ordered it in March. I'm at the end of my tether with them and it seems that most other people are as well. Its a scam operation.

Lodged a dispute with Paypal so hopefully will hear back soon..

Recently updated. Terrible service.

I ordered these on Friday 3rd July and they arrived the Next morning! Astonished at how quickly it took so full marks so far. They are lighter than the iPhone AirPods and the black matte is very stylish. Sound quality is great so far I haven’t been running with them yet but am pretty confident that they will be fine. Very impressed and incredible value, I don’t understand why they’ve had such bad reviews, smiles all round for me. UPDATE: The metal connector on one of my EarPods fell off and now it doesn’t work at all. I wrote to customer service and ‘Annabelle’ got back to me requesting photographic evidence which I sent to them right away. I’ve not heard back for 2 weeks and have chased by e-mail several times. They don’t seem to have the balls to provide a contact number probably due to all of the complaints. I’m beginning to think that this is a scam but I’m hoping to be proved wrong.
