Easy to use and clean!
I had been looking at these for awhile and finally bought some for my husband and I. We both have dry skin, especially on our backs where you can't easily reach. Im not a loofah fan, I like something that can be washed. After two days of use, I threw out all other scrubbing products we had and now just have Blissals. I also purchased a face cloth and lotion applicator for my back...which I love. The Blissal is easy to use, rinse off and love that it goes in the washer with the rest of my towels. I also just ordered two travel bags so we can take them when we travel. My husband and I truly like using these over any other product we've tried.

Not the real thing
This product is cultural appropriation. We've asked them to include the origins of the product in their marketing and to include images/actors in their advertisements that are an accurate representation of the culture they stole the design from. They have adamantly refused to accommodate our requests so be warned. If you think you this is an authentic African net sponge, it isn't. This company is negligent and culturally irresponsible.
Edited: this product was a birthday gift and I don't want to offend the person who purchased it for me so I don't have a reference number. You responded with a word salad but I stand by my review.
Edit: You are desperate which does not add to your cause. I have reviewed your product and also rightfully reviewed your company as well which I am entitled to do. I have been reviewing for years and you are the only company to literally bully and harass me. You're making yourself look bad. I know my rights as a consumer and further harassment from you will cause further action from me. I stand by my review.
Edit: I'm pleased to see that someone with actual customer service skills and experience has finally responded to my concerns and provided a reasonable explanation. I'm making note that the previous very aggressive and bullying comments have been deleted. That person should be terminated! Only because you have reframed and softened your position, I am changing my rating from 1* to 3* solely due to the customer service provided in your most recent edit. I’ve only used my Blissal cleansing towel for three days and what an amazing difference it makes! If you thought you knew clean before, think again! This takes it a whole new level! When you use the towel, and then rinse it off, you can SEE how much it is actually cleaning off your body, especially in areas (like your back) that you can’t reach. I am very concerned about my healthcare and I truly feel this little addition to my day helps round out my routine.
