Each class helps me to feel better…

Each class helps me to feel better about myself, my breathing, reduce tension, slow down, and at the same time recharge my batteries. The atmosphere of acceptance and gentle support is especially valuable - no pressure, no competition, respectful.

Pam is the best

Pam is the best.
She worked with my physical therapist and chiropractor to incorporate a muscle therapy plan for my shoulder injury.
She listens, is very knowledgeable and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend her

Amazing, relaxing, beneficial massage.

Pam Gormish is the owner and masseuse. This is my fourth time visiting Blue Zen. And have another appointment set. Which can't be soon enough. Not only are my visits beneficial to my body's needs I also receive informative information about
What's going on with my body and how she is doing the things she does to help heal the areas that need attention. She's very thorough and understanding of my needs. I tell friends about her all the time because they see the pain that. I'm in and then what I'm like afterwards.. Highly rerecommend her.

Pam is an excellent teacher, supportive and kind.

Pam is a good teacher who understands what each individual can or cannot do in yoga practice and helps accomplish their goal. This is small personal studio, not “a mill” to rush anyone who wants to practice yoga. She teaches the philosophy and postures well and although I haven’t gotten a massage from her I have heard nothing but wonderful things.

Pamela is a great instructor

Pamela is a great instructor. I like that the Yoga classes are a small group of people which make the experience more personal. She really focus on positive mantras and the classes are not all Hatha, she also offers restorative and Yin which bring a good balance, depending on your needs. I have less pain since I started my Yoga journey 5 months ago. No regrets and like Pam said I’m choosing Joy every day!!
