BOBOCHIC PARIS. Shocking customer service

I am extremely disappointed with BOBOCHIC My original order included a bed, mattress, and sofas. The sofas and bed frame were delivered, but the mattress has still not arrived — leaving me with a fully assembled bed that cannot be used.

What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails but have not received a satisfactory response. There is no phone number available to speak with a real person, which makes resolving the situation impossible.

The quality of the furniture I received is good, but this is completely overshadowed by the poor customer service. A company selling large furniture items should make far more effort to communicate with their customers and resolve delivery problems. Right now, I feel completely let down and ignored.

Scam and waste of time (no product delivery)

The saga continues: After my product delivery was delayed by a month without any reason nor any news, and after I had written over ten emails to Bobochic customer services (as well as contacting them by other means) just to find out what was going on with my order, I was finally contacted by the shipping company last week. The new delivery date was supposed to be today, August 5. The shipping company was supposed to contact me yesterday to confirm the exact delivery time, but this did not happen (as usual). Having stayed home today instead of going to work to receive the delivery and still not having received any news, I contacted Bobochic customer services twice via mail and am still waiting for a response. The parcel tracking app says that my delivery has still not been accepted by the shipping service provider — I'm starting to seriously doubt that my sofa even exists! I have just contacted the shipping company directly by phone. After a long wait on hold, I was informed that they will not be delivering to me today and that my delivery has been postponed indefinitely due to 'a technical problem with my file'. I no longer have any trust in this company. The worst thing is that you always have to be proactive and ask for information yourself, as neither Bobochic nor the shipping service provider ever keeps you updated. When you finally manage to contact them, they make empty promises. It's unbearable that you always have to chase down all the information yourself and never receive any updates. If this situation continues, I reserve the right to take legal action. If I have not received the sofa anytime soon — whose arrival is by no means guaranteed — I will request a full and immediate refund, to which I am already entitled under EU law. It is truly disgraceful and I really expected better from this company.

Horrible customer service

I had an awful experience with bobochic, mostly because of their customer service. I bought a couch that the delivery people couldn't fit up my staircase, they assured me that I would be reimbursed if I claimed the couch as undelivered and then reached out to customer service. This service only responds after 48 hours, to the minute based on whenever they open your message. After calling and getting a customer service agent on the line they were rude, condescending, and just told me to wait until some responds to my message (I wrote two and was contacted 3 working days later). They offered no solutions other than me waiting an additional 30 days for a new couch, which I would have to pay to have lifted into my flat, or cancelling the order and paying the return fee. Such a disappointment to be treated so rudely after paying a significant amount for the delivery (over 100 EUR) and the couch (over 900 EUR). I recently moved and have had to order and receive deliveries of appliances and furniture regularly over the past month and the only issues I have had were with bobochic. I am looking forward to ordering a couch from a different vendor and to be done with this story!
