I was told to charge initial fee $90 but they charged me $120. Also, they did not give me any information about the case at all. I sent them all the details in the email confirmed with front desk so that they can answer my query, but she told me during conference call that she has to do homework to answer any question asked by me she did not even look at my details. That was the reason to schedule phone call which was not worth at all. They are just there to charge money.

In relation to the consultation fee, our charges are clearly set out at the point of booking and confirmed prior to the consultation taking place. We’re happy to review this with you directly if there was any misunderstanding around the amount paid.
With regard to the substance of the consultation, we would like to clarify that legal guidance was provided during the call based on the information available. During the consultation, the attorney reviewed your family’s situation, including the approved I-130 petition for your brother and the position of the derivative children. You were advised that two of the children had unfortunately aged out under immigration rules, and guidance was provided on the available options for them as adults currently in the U.S. on F-1 visas.
Specifically, the attorney explained that a parent may file new petitions for the now-adult children, that it is important for them to maintain their F-1 status by continuing their academic programmes, and that future pathways may include employment-based visas, marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, or waiting for a newly filed parent petition to become current. These are complex matters, and where appropriate, additional review or follow-up may be required to provide the most accurate advice.
We understand how important clarity and reassurance are when dealing with immigration matters, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t reflected in how the consultation felt to you. Our intention is always to provide honest, professional guidance tailored to each individual situation.

What a journey!
Applying for any type of visa is always a daunting prospect. Small mistakes can ultimately end your chances of success...
Not so with the team at BPA!!
I reached out in desperation.. they called me back within literal minutes, after I had sent an email to find out if they could assist me.
From day one with BPA they were extremely helpful and reassuring. My case was assigned to James, who is not only VERY good at his job, but an all round decent human being.
With BPA it's not just business as usual.. these people genuinely care... James got to work straight away. Some consultations were done via Teams, after business hours, to accomodate my shift pattern. Fee waiver at Home Office granted!! Next was the actual application. Done and dusted with no complications.
Within no time I had biometrics appointment sorted.
After almost a year waiting for an answer from Home Office I was granted my visa. No extra info requested by the case worker.
My situation was complicated.. but BPA pulled it off!!

We cannot recommend BPA more. From start to finish to my husband receiving his citizenship, Albulena and Gazala went above and beyond to help us. We found the organisation by chance on the internet and are so glad we did. We made contact 18 months before my husband could apply for settled status. We were advised when to start the process and from then on everything went smoothly. All emails and communications were responded to quickly and they were also kind and compassionate in their tone which really helped in a situation which no matter what is always going to be a bit stressful. Also the lady who set up calls etc was extremely nice and friendly. All in all we felt we were in the hands of professionals who were also human beings.

If their was an for minus 10 I would of selected it i first contacted them back in June. Had an initial meeting with G very professional after which i was confident I'd came to the right place. But then quickly after paying the deposit everything went downhill. I would not recommend this amateur company do not waste your money

Your application was prepared and submitted as instructed. Unfortunately, it was refused by the Home Office, and one of the key issues was that a number of important details and information provided to us were either incomplete or not accurate, which can significantly impact any application outcome.
Following the refusal, we arranged follow-up consultations to review the decision and discuss next steps. You accepted a meeting for Monday, but did not attend. We then scheduled another call for 9:00 a.m. this morning. From our side, you did not appear in the online meeting room, so we attempted to contact you by phone. The call was disconnected, and shortly afterwards we saw this review.
Throughout the matter, we have responded to your emails and tried to maintain communication to support you and explore further options.
We absolutely understand that a refusal is upsetting and frustrating, but it does not mean that no work was done or that your case was handled unprofessionally. We stand by the work undertaken on your behalf, while also accepting that the outcome was not what you hoped for.
That said, we remain willing to go through the refusal with you calmly and constructively, explain the reasons in more detail, and discuss any realistic next steps if you wish.
