I feel extremely annoyed that Bra care, which supposedly was set up by two women who were concerned about the health of women and breast-care, is a complete fraud!
I purchased an item from this company (which took three weeks to arrive - not 2 to 3 days as advertised) and was not the correct size. I was told by Bracare that because I had tried it on they could not accept a return for an exchange or refund.
This was certainly not made clear before I made the purchase. I tried to take out a claim with Paypal but was not successful. All in all very disappointing! Please avoid at all costs.

Company sounds great on Facebook but please don’t be taken in. I waited weeks for my goods to come and when they did the quality and fit was extremely poor. I went through the rigmarole of returning the bra to Switzerland and guess what despite completing the required import form it was returned to me. Total waste of time and money. Lesson learned don’t buy anything advertised on Facebook and don’t buy from bracare.

Poor quality bra. Zip sticks out. cheap plastic feeling "lace". Doesn't fit. short returns window makes it difficult to return. Do not buy.

Do not buy from this company! It’s all a big con!! Their bras are not what they claim and made in China. The sizing is completely wrong! And they admitted that in an email to me. I am a 38G so according to them, the size 4xl should fit me. It does not, it is way too small and they know it.
To obtain a full refund, they demand that I returned the bras at my own expense, tracked and to Switzerland, that was a cost of £10.95
I opened a claim against this appalling company with PayPal and they were brilliant and refunded me the £10.95 as a goodwill gesture by putting a voucher on my account.
Do yourself a favour and do not waste your money on this con company’s rubbish bras.

Definitely a scam unfortunately. I'm out almost £50. The goods took almost 3 weeks to arrive when quoted 2 to 3 days. The bras didn't fit and it looks as if I will be unable to return them for a refund. I found the company on Facebook and was taken in by the story of the 2 sisters from England. I notice that they are now using the name Braology. Ladies beware.

Saw this company on Facebook. Supposed to have been formed by two women from Brighton who wanted a better product than under wired bras. Delivery 2-3 days. Absolute scam, products are made and shipped from China, tracking information a waste of time. I have asked for a refund which I don’t think I will get so will have to open up a resolution dispute with PayPal. Dishonest advertising, Facebook page now disappeared.

Total scam! Seen advert on Instagram, 2 women claiming to be the Founders of this company. Supposedly they have 'revolutionised' the bra. They fail to say that it's manufactured in China and dispatched from there. They claim that dispatch is 2/3 business days - no way! Still waiting 2 weeks later. Left message on Livechat as there's noone available! No reply to my enails either. Be warned!
