it's a scam. and now they've resorted to a collection company that I owe 600 euros. I don't have any agreement with them. I don't recommend it, stay away from them.

Absolutely shocking, my details were used fraudulently to register with this site. I've been hounded by their solicitors based in Frankfurt for money on a membership that I didn't take out. I've explained that to the solicitors "Advokat Radoslav Koychev" with documentation from the police but they still pursue the monies. I've been informed by the detectives looking into the case that many cases are ongoing.

And as you can see from the reply below they no concept of what is going on. We have reached out Lisa as soon as I found out this was set up fraudulently with my details so I've no idea what you're talking about about. From the thousand plus reviews it's clear to see that Cdate is a complete scam, irrespective of my individual fraud case others are experiencing with their catch trading sales practices designed to make it impossible for its customers to exit subscriptions easily. I would presume that they C-Date and Advokat Radoslav Koychev solicitors work in this scam together. If you read reviews of the solicitors, they're equally bad reviews.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of the police investigations ☺️ and in relation to the trading standards of C-Date and the aggressive approach of Advokat Radoslav Koychev

further to note that the act of knowingly pursuing an individual for a debt which is not owed may constitute a criminal offence under Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 UK

I am highly disappointed of how I am being treated on your noble platform which I was given good credit of.
Ever since I joined. I have no had a single match or no one has viewed my profile. I really don’t know what has gone wrong to face such problem.

There are always problems to login —- if you stop using the platform for a few days, and your return, it is always not possible, and I have to install a new profile.
I don’t know if this relates to my yahoo.com address which is also not possible to use it for verifying …. Why???? That’s annoying.

Terrible dating site! I contacted c-date trying to cancel my subscription and they did reply to help but none of what they suggested worked. So I just sent them an email with my username and email address to cancel my subscription that way. They then reply back with 'sorry we can't find your profile'! Yet they had all the details and knew who is was! As far as I know my subscription was eventually cancelled (so they did know my details). So c-date are now currently hassassing me for money, despite me asking them to cancel my subscription. Scamming company, do not use them. Before you join they show you lots of matches and women in your local area! But the all disappear when you join and are 200miles away, which is a complete con!

Can't cancel premium subscription, customer service will never tell you the answer (and often won't even reply)! Totally a scam site

This so-called dating app. is yet another example of a site that claims you have a very good chance to find a friendship, date or even long term relationship. Absolute garbage! When you sign up all of a sudden there are women of a variety of ages, many of them in your local area, who have taken an interest in your profile. This can not be possible, as the alerts appear immediately, hardly giving time to assess your profile properly. Don't be fooled by it!

I subscribed to a premium membership, but the members are not all active. They appear online, but when I try to send them a message, they appear offline. I have sent a cancellation request since 8/25 and still haven't received a response. I don't know why I have to contact customer service about cancellation while the registration is online.
I hope customer service responds this week. If not, it's just a scam to renew your subscription by ignoring your cancellation request.

I signed up for basic subscription but have been charged 239.39 euros every month for three months. My attempts to cancel my subscription have been ignored. This is fraud.

Just registered and immediately am receiving every hours request of girls wanted to meet you, however you cannot answer or see anything as you need to take a subscription. The subscription is not for a week or a month but they want to charge you immediately for 12, 24 or more months. I have never received so much request in one day on Tinder, C-Date is definitely a scam and AI thing! Never again

To have to pay for basic functions like texting is a scam. I have the firm believe that the app is mostly AI driven, including the answers on this site. I created a profile and immediately deleted the App. Unless you don't pay you can't see profils, nor can you message someone unless you pay a horrifically high subscription.

Very bad. It's a scam

Just made an account, and it said platinum bla bla 14.99 i thought i will give it a try. And moments later my account was charged with 359 eur!!!! No invoice no nothing no end ammount shown no nothing. Obviously it is a scam website. I wrote a few emails but no response. I hope that i can resolve the refund on PayPal. I see i am not the only one with this issue here.

I deleted my account last month and this month you take money from my account £39.90.

Completely fake profiles and no option to cancel the membership which was only supposed to be a few pounds but they've taken out £39 a month. Horrid service, breaking laws.

This is one of those scam dating sites where most of the profiles are fake or inactive and they force you to pay for basic features like messaging other users.

They bait you to sign up and only tell you afterwards that you need to pay. Most actual humans that sign up abandoned their accounts immediately when they figure out that they need to pay to do literally anything.

Hi l am trying to cancel my membership for the account name JJYT I have just received a bill off £39.90 in my bank on the 15 of March 2024 pending to be taken out which I did not agree to. I can't pay my rent for my house now as that is a lot of money Please cancel my account and payment as I can't afford that amount of money a month and never agreed to this!

I was registered as a prank by friends with a paid account and the very expensive subscription is literally impossible to cancel. Caused me a lot of distress.

I cancelled my subscription on the same day it was due for renewal and cdate are saying I am due them £50 absolutely shocking and a scam

I have pushed for a refund and I was told I will get it that it was sent to the financial team it’s been 3 days now and no one has gotten back to me I really need that money
