I had a problem with a software package that I purchased a few years ago, and, as I changed laptops, it no longer worked. CLIX provided excellent support and were vey helpful and thorough. They responded to emails quickly and offered me extra support until I got the issue fixed.

Many thanks for your quick response after MS deleted my entire Office suite instead of fixing the problem - well, they eliminated the problem but NOT IN A GOOD WAY :)
Yesterday I managed to find your original download in my LapTop and re-installed Office.
I then had to fight with MS to permit me to at least view all my emails - which eventually succeeded.
That enabled me to find your original email with the Office Key and MS accepted it 😊 😊

In Dec 2020 I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2016 Home and Business from Clix Distri. It downloaded successfully. Activation was not straight forward, but I received instructions from Clix and was able to do a 'phone' activation online. Office 2016 worked well since then.
Some two weeks ago I crashed my computer and had to do a complete reinstall of Win 10. As a result I lost all details of my Office 2016.
I contacted Clix Distri asking for a reissue of the link to Office 2016. Although there is normally a fee of 5 euros for this service, Clix were kind enough to waive that fee in my circumstance. The link worked well, I have installed the program, and surprisingly the original licence key from Dec 2020 successfully activated the program this time around.
Thanks Clix. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a cheaper and reliable version of Office.

Bought Office Pro at a great price but struggled to get it activated - my fault, didn't remove precious programme. Liuigi at CLIX was fantastic and sorted it quickly and without any fuss. Highly recommended.

Very quick delivery and contact. Instructions for download all very clear screen shots , just choose language options to start. All previous office versions uninstalled via control panel before starting Activation screen wouldn't progress with Word initially but did with Excel so all sorted and functional very quickly

I initially struggled with the download and activation process but recieved excellent help with this via their free online chat appointment, that could be booked in at a time convenient to me, and everythin was sorted within about 20 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Software and instructions were great, so was the aftercare when I struggled to uninstall a previous version of Microsoft Office. This is genuine Microsoft software for a much cheaper price, provided by an extremely efficient and customer friendly company. Would 100% recommend this company

i recently purchased the Microsoft office professional plus software. As i had only recently purchased a new laptop i already had a free month month of office on laptop which made it hard to upload the new package. Luckily Clix send a follow up email to make sure everything is working and they give a link to a live chat where i was connected to Anna Hulme who helped me resolve this matter easily. I highly recommend using Clix for your software needs.

I purchased a Microsoft package from this company hoping for the best as I hadn’t heard of them before. I wasn’t disappointed. The download link is simple and the customer service was speedy and helpful for my not very tech savvy brain.

What a great service I received today from Luigi at Clix to help with my installation. Also answered all my questions about the new system and how it might affect transferring files to another laptop with Libre Office. If you need support I would suggest this is the place to go.

I had a problem with the installation, & needed support. Rarely have had received such quick & helpful support. The installation differed from what I expected, so learn from my mistake, and please check the Clix instructions! Recommended. Very happy with purchase :-)
