I love your healthy candy and that you have so many different tastes. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is a shame that I, as a customer, no longer can buy just 10 or 20 and order that. I have to order for 400 kr if I want a mixed box and sometimes that is just way to much money to spend for me.
I love your candy, it is so luxuries and tastes so good. I wish I could afford to buy it more often.

4 emails, not an answer
Something that I learned in 10 years as a professional, is that a company that doesn't answer emails is a company that rarely cares about customers and employees. Specific episode: Cocohagen opened a position including an email address for eventual questions and information. I wrote them: no answer. I applied anyway: no answer, not even one for the rejection. Some weeks later, they posted the same position. I wrote them on 2 different email addresses: no answer. It's easy to say that you want to have a positive impact. But if you don't even try, it's just words.

Truth is that we are a very small organization and we try our best to keep up the pace and respond to everything. Sometimes (often) it fails. That is why we want to grow our organization and put up these recent job positions. They are still active and we have engaged an external HR consultant to assist on the recruiting process. We are about to having the first job interviews shortly for both positions.
