Constantly have the same issue when Colis Prive is delivering my Amazon package. They absolutely will not leave the package if no one is home, yet they give a 10-hour delivery window. My instructions in Amazon even say to leave the package if no one is home. I have never had issues with any other delivery service.
They seem to have lost a €100 package, all attempts to contact them are being ignored. No customer service at all.
Use a different company.
this is a scam. they only give you scripted responses. I lost $102k to them and had to report to ROSE LANE GP when i didnt get a refund
So they have lost my package and the worst part is, they updated the status to "delivered in postbox" for a package that can in no way fit in my post box. I opened a ticket with them and they say they can't even find the status of the delivery. I really hope there's a way to get either products or my post.
