Took my order promised to have it delivered for Christmas then changed the order date due to low stock. I chased it up only to find out they’ve gone into administration and I will not be getting my item and I will not get a refund so I’m now having to battle through the bank to get my money back thank you so much for ruining Christmas and a birthday present.
Never one to celebrate other peoples misfortunes & so sorry for the poor staff who have lost jobs, but for the QC guy who handles returns this is pure Karma.
A shabby & dishonest a company ive ever come across.

I received excellent customer service when purchasing a number of jewellery items excellent price and good value for money.
I am very disappointed that the company has its struggles they are 1 of few Independant Jewellers where the customer experience has always been good.
I ordered a bracelet worth £1070 in June 2025. I got an email from the CW sellers saying that my order takes up to 12 weeks to get manufactured and delivered. I called them in September 2025 inquiring about my order. They told me that due to “issues with the manufacturer” (Roberto Coin) the order would be delayed until mid January. I also got an email in October saying that the bracelet would be delivered in January and that if I wanted to proceed with the payment, which I did. I called them again in December and the answer was the same about the delay. In mid January 2026 I gave them a call and they told me that “unfortunately they couldn’t fulfill my order and they were just about to call me”. I asked them about the refund, which they told me to go to my bank and “try to get my money back” which is ridiculous. This is the company in my opinion which should be prosecuted and shut down as it is careless, fraudulent and put customers into vulnerable position.
I just had to contact CW Sellors, in connection with a watch I had returned for repair at the end of November, last year. Despite their ongoing difficulties. The young lady I spoke to, Kirsty, was absolutely amazing. She informed me that my watch had indeed, been repaired. And was due back to them, this week. She told me that it would be returned to me by the end of next week. And if I had any queries, to please feel free to call again. She put my mind, totally at ease. Thank you Kirsty, and thank you C W Sellors. 5 stars.
Gone bust and not surprised.
Ring was supposed to be ready on 19/12 and still chasing them, all of a sudden they stopped replying to emails and no one answers the phone. Terrible customer service, lied to multiple times and never got what we ordered.
I bought a silver ring with blue John in it for my wife. The stone cracked and initially the lady from Ashbourne (online communication) was helpful and it had a new stone. After a month or so of my wife wearing the ring the stone cracked again. When I returned to the Matlock store I was told I must pay for a new stone even though all repairs have a 12 month warranty. I rang today to see if the ring was ready to collect and they confirmed I must pay and there’s nothing they can do as they have gone into administration. Asked to call back tomorrow to see as I questioned this.

I purchased a watch strap for my Tag Heuer watch and they sent me the wrong size i did state the watch model number and details.The watch i have I did purchased from them in the first place so i do not know how they got the wrong size. So i returned the strap and wrote on the form to refund my pay pal account. I Received Email to confirm they had received the strap back . have not had refund, so i called them and they said they sent me another e mail to ask what i wanted to do, which i never received. So still waiting for a refund. so not happy with the service.
If I could leave a lower review I would. I ordered a watch which, was listed available online. Upon confirmation I received an email stating that the item is on backlog with a lead time of several months. A processing error had also been made which, resulted in an extra order being processes thus an extra payment was taken. The refund process took several days which was very inconvenient. One order. Two payments. Slow and frustrating.
My main concern with this complaint is the fact that it was listed as available however I was made to wait sometime before dispatch rather than the next day delivery as listed.

Ordered a lovely watch from them and waited in 2 days for delays on delivery only for delivery firm to knock on wrong door, I had to get parcel returned to them as needed for birthday present today,

If I could leave lower I would.
I bought the Sterling Silver Blue John Oval Lattice Ring as a gift in Mid October and my partner has worn it regularly since.
We've now been told it'll cost £28 for new blue john to be cut and £58 for the band thickening in a timely 4-6 week turn around.
Despite being under warranty we've been told my partner is at fault here despite her not wearing this while doing anything manual.
Which leads me to believe the stone dropping from the setting is a fault.
Thankfully we've found a similar item elsewhere but will be seeking a refund on this.
I'm following up here as I've now had this assessed separately by another jewellers, they had some choice words on the craftmanship let alone the fact they've confirmed the damage to the ring would not have been done by us due to the condition of the rest of the item.
While this does not resolve the financial loss, I'm leaving this as a warning to others going forward that their professional expertise should be brought into question and explains a great deal about their current situation.

we purchased an expensive necklace last year which broke, still within warranty, Sellors won't repair it or even handle the sending it to the manufacturers,
Don't buy from these guys, buy direct from the manufacturers, once they have your money they are not interested.

I’ve bought two items from cw sellors. My first purchase was a ring that came with a random £150 gift voucher. Whilst initially I felt this was a nice touch, if not a push to entice me to buy something else, it became difficult to purchase something I wanted with the gift voucher. Now a gift voucher, would have you assume, that’s it’s just that, a full voucher to redeem against any other purchase, but it quickly became apparent I couldn’t use it with any current promotion codes or on anything not full price. This annoyed me, after having spent a few weeks looking at what I’d like to research buying, it became obvious the gift voucher was in effect useless unless I paid full price for something that had previously been on sale for a lot less than the £150 offered. It was more beneficial to me to throw the voucher in the bin and get more money off on the item I wanted when it goes in a random sale. I did finally relent and use the voucher, but for something I didn’t really want and something that was probably only worth what I paid for it using the £150 discount. Another point I’d like to make is that whilst researching items to buy with this voucher, I’d frequently get push emails and on one occasion when I added something to the basket, I even had a man ring me straight away (they somehow got my phone number) telling me my discount code was an error and if I wanted the item, I had to immediately order it online or over the phone with him! I took his warning not as a friendly “I’m doing you a favour” but rather the crude attempt to force me to buy something immediately. Another niggle I have is that the descriptions of items are not thorough enough, on comparable websites they list the description and grading of goods such as diamonds and lab diamonds. There is no useful information available to read. The goods I did received were fine, the responses I had from customer services were prompt (but not very helpful), but in all honesty I haven’t liked the experience and will probably buy from other jewellery companies.
