Non existing seller
Two weeks ago I tried to buy an item, but it's still in "Processing" stage. It's impossible to contact the seller, because given email redirects to non existing email address.
Money laundring company
I got spammed by this group for a while. Contacted them to get information how they received my information under GDPR and never got an answer.
Most likely a front company for money laundring. Best not do business with them.

After delivering the Proof of Delivery it became clear that the package went missing in the postoffice. With as a result Wilpe never received my return and couldn't refund my order.
After a phone call with the owner we cleared out where it all went wrong, what was the source of the lack in communication and what was the appropriate response to resolve.
They offer me multiple choices and in the end I received the full refund.
Allot of good will was shown to resolve this matter that was in the first place no mistake from them nor from me.
Aside from the delays and difficult communication it restored my trust in this company.
It is clear they can better their service but they are not a scam, nor the wurst company.
After the series of events my feelings towards them are positive and wish them best of luck with resolving this issue with the delivery company who lost our parcel...

After the poorly attempt to resolve our issue from may I am still deeply disappointed in your company.
It is from January that I am waiting for a refund that on your website should be done within 2 weeks...
Without any answers to my mails to support@wilpe and no more communication here or on other platforms I want the whole world to know not to order here. Because such bad customer service shouldn't exist!
I hope to resolve this matter although I have low hopes.
I would say I await your answer but that can clearly take years...

I have called the post office but they can't deliver a duplicate of the POD however they insist you start an inquiry with DHL.
This is your responsibility since you payed for the return and made up the label for this parcel.
I truly hope you do this immediately so we can finally resolve this issue.

As explained in my emails today to a colleague of you I truly have not received 20 emails or any request for a Proof of Delivery before today.
Today I had good conversations with Wil in what he needed from me to resolve this and where it went wrong.
Aside from Wil I received no emails from Wilpe today.
Before that the last Email I received from Wilpe dates back to 13/12/2018 when I first asked to return the package, since then I had no response whatsoever.
I would love to see proof of the 20 emails send to me cause I want to resolve this as much as you do and want to understand why I am missing al these messages.
(feel free to send screenshots to my email)
About my negative review, imagine how you would feel if you had no response to any of the countless emails while the only info you have is what reads on the website.
I felt the need to make clear I how I felt and want to resolve this.
Back on topic, the closest DHL service to my location is the Bpost center where I dropped this of. They appeared to know exactly what to do with DHL parcels when I dropped it of so I gave no more notice to this fact.
Being 11 months since I dropped this of I have lost my proof of delivery and already contacted the post office to see if I can get a duplicate to send you (which they can't provide unfortunately)
I will answer to the last email from Wil (send at 18:10) after this post, I don't know which other email you like me to answer to since nothing more is showing.

I have send you Proof Of Delivery on tuesday 5th of november around 11:40, I haven't had response since, neither on my email or here.
I like to just check if you received this well and if you gave response (which I didn't receive in that case) or if you are busy handeling my request.
Please let me know here. (If in case the email are going missing again like in earlier claims)
