After several friends had issues with withdrawing money I decided to withdraw £100 from my £1500 balance just to confirm it was legit. It wasn’t. I didn’t receive payment even thought it was confirmed and approved. No responses or explanations. Three other friends all had same issue.
Very quick to take your money but won’t ever return it, even if you profit or lose.
Emailing daily regarding my request and have since had my account balance reduced to zero for raising the matter on not receiving payment. Please don’t make the mistakes I did and chose an other company to trade with.

UAE REGULATED ESCA, ALSO ISLMIC SWAP FREE ACCOUNT
I have been trading with DB Investing for the last three months, and so far my experience has been good.
As per UAE regulations, this company feels trustworthy because it is registered under ESCA, which gives more confidence as a regulated firm.
My first withdrawal took around 3 days, but after that, all other withdrawals were processed smoothly.
One of the best advantages is that they provide an Islamic (swap-free) account, which is very important for many traders.
Additionally, when maintaining around 100USD profit, they share an annual profit percentage of 12%, which is credited daily.
Overall, I am satisfied with the services and support provided by DB Investing.

Been promised an account Manager would contact me but still waiting.
I didn't even receive any warnings at all, I find this totally unacceptable and would like my profits returned, I wouldn't mind if I got a warning and maybe a fine of fee's but to take 19k in one hit without a call from the account manager just sounds like a con to me!!
Took 19k off me without even a call and explaining why, just rude messages from there chat....... totally disgusting company clearly didnt like I made money from scalping trades.

Here’s what happened from our side:
1. Your trading activity was flagged by our Liquidity Provider (LP) due to a high scalping ratio / execution pattern.
2. Because we route order flow to our LPs, if the LP determines certain executions are not valid under their execution rules (e.g., high-frequency scalping patterns), they can cancel those trades.
3. When that occurs, we are required to mirror the LP’s decision on the trading account. We have zero discretion or control to override an LP-side cancellation once it is applied to the flow.
This process is covered under our Terms & Conditions, which outline that certain strategies (including scalping/HFT-type patterns in specific contexts) may lead to trade cancellation and/or profit adjustments, and that transactions can be cancelled where pricing/execution is deemed non-indicative or otherwise invalid by execution venues.
We appreciate your patience while we close the loop properly and transparently.

Most importantly, the last two withdrawal requests were submitted and approved the same day, via:
- Bank transfer: February 9, 2026
- Credit card refund: January 9, 2026
A key point: if the “non-received withdrawal” you’re referring to is the credit card refund, refunds can take additional processing time depending on the card issuer/bank and may appear on your statement under a different descriptor or on a different cycle. That said, we can confirm the exact processing status and provide the official transaction reference via our secure support channels.
We also couldn’t find any prior ticket or message from you about a “non-received” credit card refund before this review — which is why this came as a surprise, especially since your account shows ongoing trading activity with prior deposits and withdrawals processed successfully.
Next step (so we can resolve this fast):

I worked with DB Investing, and on the very day I submitted a withdrawal request, all of my profits were deleted.
From my MT5 account number 172301, a total profit of $1,650 was removed.
As the reason, they claimed arbitrage and scalping, but this is not true.
I clearly explained all of my trading strategies, stated that I did not use arbitrage or take advantage of price delays, and provided evidence to support this. Despite this, I keep receiving the same response over and over again:
“After reviewing all the evidence you provided, we received a response from our Risk and Compliance team. Following a careful assessment, they concluded that the activities identified in your account are consistent with Latency Abuse under our policy.”
I receive this exact message repeatedly, and no real assistance is provided.
The company is not trustworthy at all. Many of the positive reviews on platforms such as TrustPilot appear to be fake, and you cannot find a real person to communicate with.
I hope the company sees this comment and returns the money that rightfully belongs to me.
Otherwise, the company’s credibility will continue to be damaged.

Following a full internal investigation, our Risk & Compliance team flagged the account for trading activity consistent with latency abuse, including the use of prohibited latency-abuser software/tools designed to exploit execution delays. This type of activity is explicitly not permitted under our Terms & Conditions (please refer to the sections covering prohibited trading practices, execution manipulation, and abuse of pricing/latency inefficiencies). Where such activity is identified, the company is entitled to void the associated profits and take corrective action to protect the integrity of the trading environment.
We appreciate that you stated you did not use arbitrage or delay exploitation; however, our decision is based on system-level execution and pattern analysis, not only on strategy descriptions. For security and policy reasons, we also cannot disclose the specific detection logic or internal thresholds used in these assessments.
Additionally, we’ve noted that similar allegations have been posted under the same reviewer profile regarding other brokers as well. Regardless, our conclusion here is based strictly on the activity observed on your account with us.
