Had a problem with delivery and they basically had no interest in investigating the issue. They preferred to side with the delivery company (who had good reason to lie and could offer no evidence) over the customer (who had no reason to lie and could prove their side of the story with 3 witnesses). I would have given a higher rating but for the attitude and disinterest of the customer support. Last time I’ll purchase anything from Dealproffsen.

Fraud company. Ordered from them but order still not sendt. Support@ does not exist. The only way to contact them is by email and u get the following message « The message was not delivered because the address support@dealproffsen. was not found or does not accept incoming emails.

Order not delivered within 5 work days
I placed an order for a desk and chair on May 11, 2025, which has not been delivered as of today, May 21, 2025. Although an email confirmation was received the same day the order was placed, no confirmation of delivery has been received so far, despite my credit card having been charged already on May 13, 2025. The web form contact made on 15 May 2025 was replied to, stating that an investigation was ongoing. However, almost a week later, neither more information nor an actual delivery has been provided. The customer service is not providing timely updates on the status of delivery. NB! The delivery time was promised to be 2-5 working days at the time of online purchase.

I do not recommend the dealproffsen website. On April 12th I ordered a Sparkcykel 12 tommer Bagbremse Højdejusterbar Rød for my daughter. I have not received anything, only the confirmation email and the money was taken the same day.😡😡😡

They send a product that was broken on dilevery. I reported this to them but never received any reply or service, just silence. It's been 1 month now and I take the loss but cannot recommend you buy from there. Expect NO customer service if any issues.

I ordered a mirror, 7 days later not received yet and they didn't even send it the item but they took money from my card before the send it. I've been writing mails to them and is hard to come in the contact with them. No tlf number

I bought a product from them, it stopped working after some time. I have now been writing to them several times without any response and there is no way to contact them via chat or call anyway. Are they just interested in selling and no support?

Received my order 2 week later(delivery time was 2-4days) after emails and no one answer. I ordered pack incl 2kg kinetisk sand for my douther, but there was only 1kg. I send them again email and no answere again. NEVER USE DEALPROFFSEN. I dont say nothing about the quality of this sand and toys...The smell of chemicals just push me to trow it out, because they dont answere to no one mail.

The order was not complet and customer service is not responding to email.

Good quality metal framed furniture. Speedy delivery. All and all, easy to shop from!

Smooth delivery, on time, but a lack of information caused the whole experience to be slightly stressful (especially after reading all the terrible reviews of things gone wrong).
