Relationship between company and customer not a problem for these guys. Daily live on ticktock and customer service replies within two days.

Products, not yet beaten, ive personally used autoglym, turtlewax and maguires, halfords advanced and halfords normal range. Nothing beats these products that Duel provide.

Deleivery, no problems with royal mail. Yodal not so much found that there inpost service drop points work better for them.

Price, not bad at all hoping to get a trade account with these guys next.

Really cant beat this company at all, happy with it all.

Decent Tool, Liking The Lines, A Bit Of A Professional Look After Cleaning The Carpets in My Car.

Bought a range of the cleaning products, brushes, bottles and cloths from Duel autocare and can’t speak highly enough of these products!
I have used a range of brands over the years and this by far outshines the rest in my opinion and with great prices. My car has never looked so good! Will continue buying from Duel.
The owners also seem like down to earth people that genuinely care about cars and customers. Thanks again.

I experienced an issue with Duel Autocare regarding an offer that was not fulfilled. After submitting a complaint and hearing nothing for over a week, I unexpectedly received a phone call from one of the joint owners, Lee.
He explained the situation, and together we identified that the problem was due to a mistake in reading the dates of my order.
Lee accepted responsibility for this error and assured me that I would be compensated for the inconvenience.
Although I made it clear that compensation was not necessary, he insisted and promised to send me the details by text the following day.
Unfortunately, no text ever arrived.
A week later, feeling awkward about chasing something I had already said was unnecessary, I sent a polite reminder on November 14th. Since then, I have received no response and no compensation.

The products themselves are very good, and I appreciated that the owner took the time to call me personally to resolve the issue. However, the lack of follow-up and failure to keep his word completely undermined that positive gesture.
I am left disappointed—ironically more so than if no promises had been made in the first place.

I had been gifted sealed pack of flex polymer around a year back and have used about 15ml on 3 top ups as you only use 5ml with 250ml water,and recently was going to use it again but found the bottle was thick like jelly.Got intouch with duel gave pictures but they were not very helpful as wanted proof of purchase told them it was a gift said we can't help you unless you have recipt. Customers service is terrible will not be buying from them again and the product was stored in garage wich is temperature controlled.

Solid product line up. Not had anything that did not work. BIG fan of their Nitty Gritty, Element wax, and their tyre cleaner. Bahama Blue is also an exceptional shampoo.

Also, enjoy their fragrances. Nitro is lovely, the Por Homme is fantastic, and got a freebie of the Halloween scent as well. Little sweet, but still nice. Of course, fragrance is entirely subjective as my nose is mine. And I like what I like!

Bought the “new car” fragrance spray and it’s disgusting. Smells like cheap Deodorant mixed with a fat persons sweat. My new car now smells like a cheap fat person who’s overdosed themselves with cheap B&M deodorant. You need you nose and sense of smell tested if you think your own product smells anywhere near “good”. It’s disgusting.

Called in today as I was in the area. Couldn't have had a better experience. The lady (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was outstanding. She listened to my needs and suggested solutions and subsequently produced all the products I was after including a blower. The total price was great and I look forward to handing all the products to my son who is a valeter. Think we are going to switch brands as they appear to be value for money, excellent quality (from reviews) and a great company to deal with. Thanks for everything.

The stuff is absolutely outstanding. Spray on, let it dwell and pressure wash it off. Does 95% of the work for you. Absolutely blown away with the results. Excellent value for money.

Rubbish product. Smells nothing like "New car smell" I've had a good number of Brand New vehicles over the years and this product I bought smells more like the after shave my dad used in the 70's. It lingers in the car for long but the smell is awful. I may as well just used a bottle of Hai Karate aftershave. My daughter also thinks it's an awful smell. To cap it all, they tell me in an email that smell is subjective....Anyone who's ever taken delivery of a new car knows the distinctive smell of a New car and would know instinctively that this fragrance does not resemble anything like a new car smell IE new leather or cloth smell etc. Whoever tests these fragrances before going to market should do a consumer test first. One star?

It's always the sign of a great company when something goes wrong, how they go about fixing it.

Lee and the team couldn't have been nicer and prompt when dealing with an honest mistake.

I will be definitely be using them in the future because I can tell that they always put the customer first and make sure that whatever the outcome, you will be happy.

Have been wanting the Mammoth Woolly Wheel Wand for ages but through no fault of Dual it has been out of stock, out of desperation I ordered the Original Wheel Woolies Caliper Spoke 12”. I was disappointed when it arrived, I should have looked at the information more carefully as we all know size is important !!
Unfortunately at my age I’m not agile enough to use it and I apologise to Dual for my previous review.
I have just spoken to them about this and typical of the North are completely understanding and helpful.
I will be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic products and customer service! I ordered a Father’s Day present for my partner as he’s a valeter and he already had the stuff I bought him so I emailed to return and Katie sorted it out straight away, I went up to the shop and it was amazing even gave me my new order instead of waiting for fedex and issued refund straight away! Fantastic my partner will always use Duel Autocare for his valeting products the finish they give on before and after valeting cars is amazing! X

Been using Duel products for a while now and will continue to use, definitely one of my go-to brands. Products are quality and come at a price you can't complain about. One of the best brands out there when it comes to vehicle cleaning products!!

I have been using Duel products on my car and been ordering now for just over a month and so far all the products I’ve used have been amazing left my Vauxhall MOKKA GS nice and clean and very shiny like when it came out the show room. Thank you to Jake for the advice on using Nitty Gritty then putting a layer of Assault on top as well very much appreciated and thank you to Katie for sorting my TikTok order out that got delayed over the Easter weekend. Top staff / customer service I look forward to ordering from you again soon!!

I recently brought some flex polymer sealant through tiktok shop and some nitty gritty direct from Duel, great service from both. I love nitty gritty and is a must have in my car cleaning kit, I can now add flex to that. I used nitty gritty, Snow Lux - Banana Blizzard, Bahama Blue and flex, my car has never looked so good.

Ordered on Tik tok on the 28/03. Said it would be delivered on the 01/04, then 03/04! Still haven’t received my order and it’s saying will be delivered on the 6/04. I went back to EZ car care as it’s same price if not cheaper, same results from product and quicker delivery. Sorry order will be returned

Used duel autocare products for just over 2 week now am so impressed especially with the nitty gritty don't think there's another product out there on this level 5*

Quality products, they work great, smell amazing, ‘Flex’ is especially my favourite, it is the easiest ‘sealant’ product i’ve ever had the pleasure of using.
