The project of my PV installation went well from first contact to final execution. The responsible project manager was available when needed and took immediate action when requested. The execution took 2 days, only. I can recommend ekd-solar.de as a partner for PV.

The presentation was practical, with a focus on the cost benefits. There was openess for differing approaches to the installation, being mindfull of the space restraints.

Open discussion like a brainstorming, not leaving a bad taste, knowing that competition is everywhere. Opening mind setting not finalised by a contract, but knowing that there are professionals at work, that will get another chance, sometimes in the future. Just inspiring though.

Not impressive at all. No contact except for the first phone call that setup the appointment. Thereafter, I heard nothing from the company, even on the day of the appointment.
Despite having a confirmed appointment, the rep did not show up and I received no information of any sort.
The only thing I did receive after the ‘no show’ was a request to rate the service.

Signed contract in November to have Solar Panels and Wärmepumpe installed and operational.. it’s now May.. the equipment came quick for the project and they were quickly paid, installation happened in February .. however, since then no one has come to hook our wires to the battery box…our contract and guarantee was 6 weeks.. it’s now 6 months and we are no further or closer to being finished.. emails and phone calls are very rarely returned..
we now pay the repayments for the project on top of our gas and electricity bill.. had we have known we would be waiting this long for this project we would never have started in the first place. Customer service says “I’ll send an email” once the contract is signed and the “personal rep” (Hr. Tretter) gets his percentage only calls or answers when they want something..or take days to reply from his phone..
Everything works over 3rd party companies to come and install everything.. and apparently not one of them talks to the other.

November 2024- sign contract
February 2025- installation
May 2025- dust collector

UPDATE::: June 2025..demoted to 1star.. Infos forwarded to EKD… even though they have our info.. STILL Waiting on Elektro installation. They have until Tuesday morning to call us with an appointment or we will start legal action.

UPDATE::: September 2025.. came and ran cable and put a box on the wall, received email.. workers will return in November

Lange Wartezeiten zwischen Montage PV-Module und Elektoinstalation.
Kein telefonischer Anspechpartner erreichbar.
Batteriespeicher wird geliefert bezahlt und erst nach 4 Monaten angeschlossen.Geht gar nicht.
Dachrinne wurde bei der Montage beschädigt.
Ein Gerüst wurde angeboten und beauftragt.
Das aufgebaute Gerüst entsprach aber in keiner Weise den UVV Vorschriften. Alle Arbeiten auf dem Dach waren aus Schicht des Arbeitschutzes so nicht hinnehmbar. Auch meherer Bedenken meinerseits zum Gerüstaufbau und Montage der PV-Elemente wurden ignoriert.

The in-life service experience has been less than optimal.
