I am very unhappy with the company. I bought a new car radio, but the CD player doesn't work; it doesn't read CDs. The buttons on the steering wheel don't work either.
I contacted the company, and they asked me to buy the same car radio again.

I do not recommend buying anything from this brand; they are terrible at resolving problems that are their fault.

Well,the unit for my ford c max was almost perfect...there seem to be some kind of electronical fault which made me re-wire my amp and sub to a jack that doesn't allow me to control the sub via EQ,just stays on pre-set power...the "normal" wiring had some bugs considering surely faulty out which cutted out the amp and sub as soon as the volume was turned up. But,kind of taken care of...postage was fast,their support was somewhat helpful ,and overall not bad.

Terrible company 6 weeks unit lasted never able to use radio reception was useless packed in contacted them one message a day before they closed send pic try this try that then more pics last message do you want to return we will deduct for 6 weeks use please let us know that’s twice I’ve had that twice I’ve said yes and still no return slip and wasting my time so claim via PayPal and report them .update again asking do I want to return and to let them know still no return details so we wait another day .latest item returned with required photos of packaging before during and after photos of receipts and proof of postage as .post was £6.05 24hr tracked received email the shipping will be £20 for replacement unit if you agree we will invoice you that’s how this company works extorts money .so unit pals in you pay to send t back they then charge you 3tines the postage to send the new one under warranty or guess what you don’t get it and you lose the original because it’s sent back

Avoid buying anything from Erisin. I purchased an android head unit from them which was functional for a few months, then just stopped working. Support was helpful to start with but that soon changed. They offered me a partial refund which I accepted, but still haven't paid it. Three months later when I message them I'm told it's been more than a year...even though I reported the issue after 9 months. Low quality products with lower quality customer service. Don't waste your money here

I'm so sorry I didn't come to trust pilot before I bought from Erisin, they sell defective products, and they dragged the issue out that long, they supplied updates but because the unit didn't operate the updates were useless amazon refused to open a dispute because Eirisin played a great game of deception. STAY T F AWAY

Was promised a refund 4 months ago. I agreed to accept the refund, sent the item back to the address I was told to, since then no contact. Be very careful. They sell defective items then keep your money and ignore you

terrible customer service - when I first received the unit I noticed it only received a 3G signal not 4G as advertised.When I this queried several times was told definately 4G but as I was receiving a 3G signal it would work. Now the 3G signal has been switched off it is useless.

Poor customer service,useless products. Never trust in in this company! Just take your money and you get nothing for it. Never ever answer for your complain.

If people are right, wrote to them about some questions about e.g. if you could change the main menu and possibly change the software for the usb dab radio as I didn't like it, their main concern was where I had bought it, when I wrote ebay they said I should contact the seller for warranty, I shouldn't have made a warranty, arbete so why lekke wheel with questions

The write up for my ES8549u-uz was really good but not even a year old the hdd no longer has all the itmes on it was sent with i did not recieve a sd card ,i bought from Amazon but was told that i had to contact Erisin to get support, well no support is what you get as they say you did not buy from us so we cant help,new on me that one as they make and supply to outlets and bost about customer support
just a bunch of crims take your money and when it goes all wrong sorry we cant do anything as you bought from someone else ,stay clear of erisin car stereos spend your money on something better with customer support no matter where you buy from.

Factory settings are a mistory and Erisin wont bother to help you with them. I will never buy made in Asia/Hong Kong/Japan again. So rude in their replies and now that they dont have the answers to my questions they have blocked my emails.

Discusting treament.

As a BMW owner with an NBT communications system I decided to attempt modernising the communications in the car. I purchased an ES2871B android NBT compatible system from Erisin. The device and associated wiring came in a sealed box. There were no fitting instructions. A manual was in the box but it was of limited us and really poor quality in terms of instructions. We did get an HTTPS address after messaging Erisin UK which were supposed to be the fitting instructions, turned out to be just a picture of what I had in the box. There were some numbers and letters on the picture but no actual fitting instructions. YouTube was very useful but not for the exact model of device, the videos, and their were plenty of them, were very useful. Dismantling the car was straightforward, the wiring was, on the face of it equally easy. But, it was guesswork rather than factual. One of the key instructions was to remove the fibre optic green cable from the original system and place it into the new wiring loom, then to join the two looms together with cables supplied and place back into your original system. Running the aux cable to the aux port in the car was on the face of it easy, remember this is with no instructions, just third party videos. After connecting it all up I had no sound and the original connected drive was huge on the screen. Not too worry the recommendation was to go into the new device settings, factory settings and you could choose NBT system from choices and all would be good. Not so, firstly, nowhere was there a factory setting code, not even in the box or on the device. YouTube again was useful and many codes could be found on one of the French channels one of which worked. Having accessed the factory settings there was no choice for NBT, there were several choices but to the lay person this was useless. Following the unit going in and out 4 times, and a nervous breakdown coming on I decided this was not an easy fix and with little support. I removed the new system, restored the original which works perfectly. This was a really poor customer experience, I am even doubting whether I was sent the correct unit. Instructions were none existent, radio or device code was none existent and my trust in this purchase and with Erisin was at its end. My advice is stay away, do not purchase for BMW 7 series F02. I now have an ornament in the garage of a box with electronics which in my view is useless.

Ordered a Erisin ES8730SM for my MiTo

Arrived as promised, easy to install, has been working well for allmost a year now.

Only nag is that the start up is not as quick as promised, if the car has been off for more than an hour, boot takes about 15 seconds.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Bought a satnav stereo unit for a Vauxhall Corsa. Unit died after a few weeks. Company wouldn’t respond to my many messages asking for help. Eventually, I contacted Trading Standards who informed me the company was well known to them but are outside their jurisdiction as there are based in China.

I hadn’t realised this, as they had a .co.uk website, along with a UK warehouse.

Initially, I got a refund from my credit card company. At this point Erisin started replying to my emails. After some tough negotiating, they sent me a prepaid returns label and I returned the item.

Fast forward six weeks and I’ve discovered this week they disputed the refund with my credit card company, so my credit card company gave them the money back and closed the case! ERISIN claimed I never returned the item. My credit card company didn’t give me a chance to send them the FedEx info to prove otherwise.

I am now pursuing a claim through section 75 of the consumer credit act.

It would seem this company will freely communicate with you, up until the point the item fails, then you’re on your own! I believe they only started entering into dialogue when the credit card company got involved!

The company supplies units that do not work with the car. Avoid at all costs. My biggest mistake was buying from here.

If I could given minus stars I would, I bought the vehicle specific android head unit camera and dab plus unit for citreon relay. And wish I hadnt the canbus decoder has fried my body control unit, the stereo did even work it was useless. After many emails i was told I would get a refund so I sent the unit and accessories back via recorded delivery they have received the goods and I have not had a refund and they are not returning my emails or messages its a complete con and has cost hundreds of pounds. Don't even entertain buying off this company

The company is a scam. They advertise Android 10 units but they are infact Android 8.1 which I have proof of.
The screen did nor work, connect to my Mercedes canbus system and after spending hundreds of pounds on fitting, adjustments to the software and removal for a full refund they offer me £100! I'm going to go through trading standards and pursue legal action as they are fraudsters DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Don't buy from Erisin. Badly designed and made unit. Had a variety of problems and the unit was unusable. Customer service promised to support me but kept fobbing me off with ways to try and get me to fix the head unit. Now they have run out of ideas, they have stopped responding.

Bought stereo on eBay 31st December 21 on eBay started getting problems by July with software issues, they sent me a couple updates which didn’t work asked for refund and they stopped answering my messages. Complained to EBay which was a waste of time so put a claim through PayPal 4 days after that they sent me address for return. So if anyone has problems always try and go through PayPal

I calls two Radio technician.. USD$100 call fee each. They can’t solve isues.

Erisin offer return, I send back to SHENZHEN (CN), CHINA. 26-05-2022 At my cost USD$55
26-06-2022 back to SHENZHEN. Erisin Management has informed about to collect for 3.5mths. THEY NEVER COLLECT !!!!
I received my system (SCRAP)back Just now 5-10-2022. Please be very careful if you choice ERISIN SYSTEM. Just avoid them… I lost more money what I don’t expect…
