Total scam

Total scam! Don’t trust this store! I waited over a month for my package that never arrived and no refund!
I wrote several times to the store. They finally replied me with a tracking number that was not valid. After I pointed out that the number doesn’t exist they told me to wait and that it will appear. 2 weeks later, it still didn’t appear and now they are telling the problem is the carrier who lost it. I asked for a full refund, but they refuse to refund me!
They are telling me the carrier needs do investigate the issue, but the tracking number was NEVER a valid real number!

Failure to deliver

I ordered some glasses from them on 18 December and in spite of my writing to them I have not had any reply. They had promised delivery in 6 days to an address in Italy. I have contacted the customer Services without any response. Can they tell me what is going on? This was supposed to be a special Christmas present and something has gone very wrong

Haven't receive my orders even its 11 days eventhough its local delivery.

Ordered and didn't receive after 11 days even its in The Netherlands and I've written to them and they promised the arrival time but it never happened and their replies are just very standard. The items I've ordered from other countries at the same time even arrived earlier than this local store. Very dissapointed since it was supposed to be a birthday gift so I had to buy something else.

Absolute and certain scam.

The end conclusion to our order was us losing our money without any product received.
-The promised delivery time was not fulfilled
-Emails are not being replied to (promised max. 1 day response time)
-False claims were made that we signed some document that nullifies European consumer rights laws? Any request to actually provide this proof of signature has been ignored.
-Customer support even found it funny at times
This store is an absolute criminal scam. I hope you read this before even considering to lose your money here.

Very Disappointing Experience: Never Ordering from Etrias Again

I strongly advise never ordering from Etrias. Their website promises “order today, delivered tomorrow,” but I’ve been waiting for my order since October 23 — more than two weeks now — and it still hasn’t arrived.

I contacted customer service several times by email, but never received any reply. There seems to be no real customer support and no effort to resolve delivery issues.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Etrias does not keep its promises and cannot be trusted when it comes to delivery or communication. I will definitely not order from them again

Order finally received

Updated review, order was finally delivered after much trouble, and after we received the second package (since the first one was damaged and late) it was packaged a lot safer and all is in order. All in all, order received.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

The item delivered was significantly smaller than the one I ordered. Upon raising a complaint, the company updated their website to reflect the correct dimensions but failed to take responsibility for their error. Despite my requests, they have not arranged for the incorrect item to be collected at their expense.

To make matters worse, they have since ceased responding to my emails, leaving me with no option but to initiate a dispute through my credit card provider. This lack of accountability and customer service is highly disappointing, especially as the correctly sized product would have been ideal.

Proceed with caution.

The product was advertised with dimensions of 50 x 50 x 70 cm (see attached), which was a key factor in my decision to purchase. However, upon delivery, I discovered that the actual dimensions of the item are 32 x 32 x 58 cm, significantly smaller than described.
As the item does not match the description provided on your website, I believe it is your responsibility to cover the cost of return postage. I kindly request that you arrange for the return of the item at your earliest convenience, as it is unsuitable for our needs due to the discrepancy in size.
I would appreciate your prompt response to resolve this matter. Please confirm the necessary steps for the return process as soon as possible.

I have checked again and confirm there is no barcode on the box, the item or the ticket. The only barcode is the UPS delivery ticket. The only thing I can think of is that the UPS may be on top of the barcode that you are looking for. I do not want to remove the UPS label as it may damage the label or packaging.

If I do not receive a response by 29th March 2025, I will have no alternative but to dispute the charge with my credit card provider on the grounds of incorrect item dimensions.

TELEPHONE CALL - 01/04/25
After still not receiving a reply to my past three emails, I called their customer services line in The Netherlands.
I spoke with the customer services department who have now agreed to collect the item at their expense. I am waiting for for an email confirmation.

04/04/25 - Three separate times I have been assured that DPD would collect this item on 4th April 2025. No Courier arrived to collect. They have not even managed to arrange a courier.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

First they told me they had delivered…

First they told me they had delivered to my neighbour, which they had not. It then took them 2 weeks to do an 'investigation' to see what had happened (for a €12 Knife!).

They then said they would send it again, and then they sent me a vegetable peeler, which I was then obliged to send back to them for a refund! Overall a terrible waste of time.

Saved my holiday

I needed to get a Thule clamp for my car, Etrias was the only place that had it in stock. I contacted their customer care around 19h on a Friday and thanks to their guidance, got the product the next day in Brussels around noon. Without it leaving for holiday would have been a struggle. Great, competent client service and logistics. Thanks again.
