I would be ashamed of working in such a…

I would be ashamed to work for a company that shows zero proportionality or empathy.

I parked briefly (around 15 minutes) to shop and received a DKK 875 fine, several times the value of my purchase, due to an incorrectly set parking disc.

The system is unforgiving/no mercy and appears designed to monetise minor, predictable human mistakes rather than actual misuse of parking!

When challenged, the response is purely legalistic (“the law, our lawyer” bla bla bla.. no human), with no consideration of fairness. Be extremely careful parking here. A very expensive mistake is easy to make.

Robbery Parking Company

Robbery Parking Company. Incompetent Customer Service that takes more than one month just to tell you that they don't care and are not open to discuss about any inquiry.
Unacceptable

EuroPark Estonia is a Money Stealing Machine

I parked my vehicle in a lot managed by EuroPark Estonia in Tallinn on 05/19/25. I started the parking time in the EuroPark app as requested. When I came back I was assessed a fine to my big surprise. I later found out that my cc was blocked, but the app did not notify me. I paid the parking fee immediately after changing my cc and notified EuroPark about what happened. I was still assessed a fine. EP customer service did not want to hear my explanation. I find that the service personnel was incompetent, inattentive. They are stealing our money.

What a load of crooks if I buy…

What a load of crooks if I buy something in a shop and do not receive it and then get fined for being there is this not fraud? Well these charlatans do exactly that, I paid for a ticket didn’t get one, wrote a note on my windscreen to say what had happened but I got a fine. I appealed and of course it’s me at fault they said and I should have bought a ticket at another machine. Really i had already paid its them who didn’t supply the ticket

Paid for parking by mobile

Paid for parking by mobile, got the confirmation text message that money went off from my account and the duration of parking. Discovered a fine for 55 euros on my window. I wrote them a letter and asked this to be taken back since I have paid for the service. The answer from them was that "the worker controlled the license plate and could not find it in the database", therefore due to such heavy violation of the parking terms I was fined. They violate their own terms and on top of that said they "chose not to provide me a service, therefore they were kind enough to lessen my fine in the sum of the amount that I paid for parking". So if you think you park there while money is also taken from you and you get the confirmation that everything is fine.. You will still get a fine. Not parking there ever again.

fraud!

wow, I am on vacation here in DK and had parked several times at Meny in Charlottenlund. første gang blev jeg antasted and harrassed by this Turk or whatever, after I asked him to not sit on my rental car. then he proceeded to write a ticket, and after looking at the ticket it was a fraudulent ticket meant for a totally different car. so somebody else was scammed at that time. today I was given a ticket for parking outside the box, I have pics of my car being inside the box. a police officer happened to be there and agreed with me. so now i have retained the legal team at the US embassy, i am suing.

Paid for parking in one of their parking lots and was still given a ticket. Tried speaking to the parking attendant who was of no help whatsoever. Submitted evidence that I had paid for parking and refused to overturn ticket.
Avoid any of their parking lots like the plague.

No sense of what's right or wrong

No sense of what's right or wrong. Can write tickets for a tyre over the line when there are no parking spots next to it (i.e. does not make any difference for anyone in the world, except of course for their top line and some guy's bonus). Can ignore questions about a ticket and still keep sending payment notifications while discussion is open. Can write tickets in the minutes while you go get your license and say it's not their problem. No ethics, living off technicalities and small mistakes, a business of legalised extortion.
