Can’t say anything about the quality of the product, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I purchased a cat tree and upon receiving it, decided that it was too big for my space.

I went online to look for the return policy and both emailed and filled out the contact form given. It’s been 10 days and I have yet to receive the next step in returning the product. (keep in mind they give you only a 30 day return window). Of course there is also no phone number for you to reach out to either, so I’m now stuck with my purchase at their mercy.

Ridiculous.

I bought a wall tree for my cat, I have nothing to complain about the quality of the product. But this one didn't suit me. I therefore returned the product by following the procedure as indicated in the general conditions. Fantail received my return on December 29th. But to date I still have not received the refund of my order. The customer service leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend this brand.

The cat tree components are incredibly well made and solid. They were easy to put together and sturdy once assembled. Shipping was fast.

From the moment we put the mattress on the floor, the dog lay down on it—he absolutely loves his new bed.

I can really recommend the Fantail products! I know they're a little bit more expensive than other brands but absolutely worth the money! Every time I see the cat tree in my living room I am so happy that it's a pretty piece of furniture and not just a standard cat tree that falls apart after 1 year.
And the most important thing: my cats absolutely love it.

Recently, I also had a very nice encounter with the customer service which makes the total customer experience 10/10.

Excellent bed and well worth the price. My dog really looks comfortable and I'm going to purchase another as a gift for a friend's dog. Would very much recommend.

A lovely comfortable bed that my dog really likes. I am very disappointed though after spending £160 in under 6 months there were holes in the fabric. My dog likes to make her bed comfy but as a small cockapoo she isn't very aggressive with this but she still managed to scratch holes into the bed. Her puppy bed was £20 and still going strong. I haven't had any reply from the manufacturer for a replacement ☹️ so I won't be buying from them again.

The cat tree is very pretty. It's made of high quality materials (unlike most other brands).

I had an issue with one of the parts which had a manufacturing defect. I sent an email and a day later a replacement arrived. Very good service.

High quality dog bed! Fabric is from a good quality, Zack like to “makes” his bed and he isn’t subtle while doing that, but where other beds got little damage on the fabric we now still have none!
Absolutely recommend this dog bed.

We have the Snug Endurance Basket Midnight Blue Large.

Zack is an Australian Shepherd male and weighs 28 kg. Size Large was the recommended size but I think he would fit in a Medium as well.

We received this beautiful “teddy” dog bed with a very supportive cushioning, an investment which will definitely be beneficial for the growth and health of our pup in the long run. I usually don’t write these reviews but , after an email from Margot asking us if everything went smoothly and if we are happy with the product, we felt we had to thank you for the nice experience. Keep up the good work.

Love the materiaal feels and looks nice. So many colors to choose from love it! My dog didn't use it in the beginning. But now he loves it. His own little spot 😃

Very excited about the dog basket !

After placing my order, I received it quickly at home which is always nice.

The website is very easy to use and very clear. The wide range of colours and fabrics makes it cool to choose something that matches our interior at home, which is definitely a big plus!

For our dog Ayla, it is her first basket and she immediately likes it! Very curious about her new safe place which she still enjoys to this day.

You can feel that the cushions are of very high quality and we will enjoy them for a long time. Also very handy that the cover can be washed and purchased separately if necessary :)

My dogs love the new dog bed. And I love that it looks so beautiful, it fits perfect in my living room! 🤩 I ordered a snug and snooze. At first they didn't seem interested but when I put them in the beds they didn't move anymore. They stayed in the beds for more than an hour. 😆
