Le nom "FJORK" est la contraction des prénoms des Ours de Berne, BJORK la mère & FINN le père. L’ours brun est notre emblème car il est robuste et son pelage lui procure confort et bien-être en toute saison. A l'image de nos produits. Notre technologie est issue de l’optimisation des propriétés de la laine des moutons Mérinos. Fjork transforme et travaille la matière de façon naturelle via un procédé de torsion et de traitement des plus longue fibres afin de créer une armure thermique. Nos engagements : FJŌRK Merino a pour objectif de ne travailler qu’avec des éleveurs qui placent le bien-être de leurs moutons avant tout objectif de productivité. De nombreux éleveurs utilisent le mulesing, une technique d'ablation de la peau qui fait souffrir l'animal. L'Origine de notre Laine est certifiée "Mulesing Free" (sans mulesing) par l'Australian Wool Testing Authority Ltd.

Great value for money ..particularly during the sales !

I bought a long sleeve t-shirt in…

I bought a long sleeve t-shirt in black. Soft wool, not scratchy at all, warm and can be used as an undershirt or a t-shirt. It fits well, and is long enough so it stays tucked in.Excellent quality and would recommend.

Customer service replies quite slow, but is trustworthy.

The first time I received the wrong colour. No problem, there was a return label and I just returned the product and ordered the right colour. Then the product was resend in the right colour without a return label. Asked for a return, but received no answer after at least 5 days.
Customer service not reachable when something goes wrong, therefore bad rating.
Update: customer service contacted me after 7 days and provided a return label. I received my money back.
