The website was simple and clear, however when I ordered I didn't realise that the item came with a sensor which I had ordered separately. I received a phone call from floor heating direct to say the extra part I had ordered was not required and they would happily refund me. I was very pleased they took the time to contact me. Great service with one suggestion
After I made my order, I was immediately contacted and informed of a strike in the UK which prevented my express delivery. Good side of it was that I was instantly informed and given a choice on how to proceed with the delivery. Spot on service, unfortunate of the events. I'd suggest being a bit more flexible on the express delivery side - if one (as me) pays express delivery for +8 pounds in my case, you can deduct it if there is a strike as it would have been delivered in the same time frame with a normal delivery. Besides that, all was great. Cheers.
