I drove for an hour because the Nintendo was out of sale at the Føtex stores in my area and we would like to get the Valdes jul collectors cards as well. At first I had to find a staff member because the Nintendo is located behind a locked closet. He was clearly annoyed by the request and not at all customer oriented, apparently because I was interrupting the restocking he was doing. I waited about 5 minutes before he eventually got hold of a key and got it out of the closet. I would have prefered to have a closer look at the box to make sure it's the right edition (with super mario game), but he held the nintendo in a tight grib against his upper body and repeatedly said "Off to the cashier we go". I have never felt more criminalized by anyone and I understand that føtex might have an issue regarding these things but it feels awful when you're just out shopping for christmas presents. After I payed at the cashier I could finally look at the box and it was the wrong Nintendo edition unfortunately. I considered returning it but seriously just wanted to leave the store because of the treatment. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from the safety closets at Føtex Vesterbro Odense.

Constantly spoiled meat products and no response from Føtex/Bilka
I’ve had a recurring issue with two meat products sold at Føtex and Bilka here in Vejle: “Chuck Eye Steak” and "Ribeyes".
Over the past four months, this has happened six times already. Every time I buy these products, often through their 2-for-1 deals, several of the packages smell terrible the moment I open them, even though there are still 4–5 days left before the expiration date. I’ve had to throw the meat away each time.
I tried contacting Føtex/Bilka through their official complaint form and email a few months ago, but I never received any response. It’s very disappointing.
I really hope someone from the company takes this seriously and investigates how these products are being stored or handled before reaching customers.

The pan colors doesnt really match the…
The pan colors doesnt really match the pictures that i saw. Colors seemed bluish while it was black! The pan was also really basic and I didn’t like it much have i seen it in the physical store. I ordered because i thought its bluish and a nice quality!

Click & Collect er en ekstra service uanset hvor stor eller lille ens ordre er, da vi herved kan sikre, at vores kollegaer har varen pakket og klar inden for blot to timer, så vores kære kunder ikke skal køre forgæves. Ydermere er betalingen ordnet på forhånd, så man ikke skal tage turen igennem butikken eller hive dankortet frem ved kassen.
Det er ment som en service, som gør det hele hurtigere, nemmere og smartere, og gebyret dækker over de ekstra hænder, der skal bruges for at det hele kan stå klappet og klart.
