Dear Olymp Trade Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the sudden and unexplained blockage of my Olymp Trade account (Account ID: 81423661 ) which holds funds worth approximately ₹15,00,000.
I have already explained that I had two accounts on Olymp Trade, one of which I had created mistakenly. I continued trading on this second account for over 2–3 years. To ensure compliance, I proactively contacted your support team multiple times in the past and clearly asked if this would cause any issues. I explicitly mentioned having two accounts and was reassured every time that my current account would not be blocked under any circumstances. Based on this, I kept using only this account and left the previous one completely inactive.
It is shocking and extremely distressing that after more than two-three years of regular trading on this account—with successful KYC and no active usage of the old one—Olymp Trade suddenly decided to block it, right at the point when I had started earning consistent profits. Before this, I had been losing money for a long time, which I accepted as part of trading. However, as soon as I began making substantial profits, I started experiencing frequent withdrawal issues, with excuses such as “system errors” or my “bank not accepting funds.” And then, eventually, my account was blocked without proper justification.
Why did this supposed breach only become an issue now—after I finally started making consistent profits and had a substantial balance in my account? The timing of this action appears extremely questionable and raises serious doubts about the credibility and fairness of your platform.
This kind of delayed enforcement and one-sided action is not only unprofessional, but unethical. It feels like an intentional act to withhold user funds under the guise of policy enforcement.
I demand a detailed explanation of:
1. Why it took 3 years to identify this issue.
2. Why no action was taken earlier, especially during account verification and regular trading activity.
3. What steps will be taken to resolve this fairly, including the immediate release of my funds.
4. Why support team conveyed false information to me.
Update - I am writing to seek a clear and honest update regarding the status of my account (ID: 81423661 ), which has been blocked on the grounds of an alleged breach of your terms and conditions.
I have noticed that on public platforms such as Trustpilot, your representatives respond to my concerns by stating that an investigation is being carried out for the possible restoration of my account. However, when I reach out through email, I do not receive any such confirmation or update indicating that an actual investigation is underway. Instead, I am repeatedly informed that the account is blocked due to a breach—without any transparency or elaboration on the nature of this breach, or on whether my case is actively being reviewed.
This discrepancy between public replies and direct communication raises serious doubts. Therefore, I respectfully request clarification on the following points also apart from points I raised earlier:
1. Is there a real and active investigation going on regarding my account status?
2. If yes, who is conducting it and what is the expected timeline for its resolution?
3. If not, please stop stating on public platforms that an investigation is underway, as this is misleading and damaging.
I sincerely hope this matter is being treated with the seriousness it deserves. I am only seeking transparency and fairness, and I urge your team to respond with a truthful and concrete update.

FRUAD ALERT!!!!!!!
They block your account for dozens of stupid reasons once you make money.
And will hijack your all money for themselves.
Also some money which they pay you comes from accounts which the Ministry of Home Affairs flags and freezes in your account stating money came from a account indulging in cyber FRUAD and terrorist activities.

I have been in trading for a while but it was the first time when I found out about fixed time mode trading thanks to Olymp Trade. Recently I made a good profit by closing long and short positions on EUR/USD and EUR/GBP. It was something new for me but of course I made some simple mistakes when I started trading this mode, I think I should have read all the information. xD

Guys have an exceptional reliability which is backed up by the financial commission that stands for a rather well-known regulatory entity in the trading circles. ^_^
As an experienced trader, I always pick those brokers which can ensure protection of my money and personal data like name, surname, cards I use for depositing and withdrawing and whatnot.

There are three types of trading accounts and the conditions of switching from one account to another is kind of interesting. I am trading through an expert account and everything is fine.

Since my previous brokerage company had a nasty requirement that I should use the same payment method for withdrawal as I used for deposits.
But olymp trade allows me to use a couple of payment mechanisms for this purpose.
Although I have to verify each one of them separately

I know that Olymp trade is the company that positions itself as something different from what other brokers offer.
To me it's a big advantage cuz in the heap of similar companies, the real happiness is to find a pearl.
They have different trading modes, so you can trade here not only via classical mechanism.
It'd be better to have a big manual of how to trade FTT.

The olymp trade broker is basically an OG of the trading field. Original Gangster that threatens clients and wrings out money! SIKE!
Jokes aside, by OG I mean its reputation and commitment to delivering upper-class services. Just look at 'em: fast trading platform, full-fledged help center packed with a multitude of instruments, strategies, tailor-made bots, in a nutshell, whatever you wish. Just crack your fingers and there'll be something you search.

Has you guys heard of new mechanism called increased yield? It's applicable to those who are fond of fixed time trading meaning that you can grasp the opportunity to make more money. Perfect!

What this broker does is help you gain a mindset that can build you a character in trading. Making good amount of profits becomes a habbit here.

I recently just read that profitability's gonna go up. That is really good to hear.

I combine forex trading with FTT.
This allows me to trade based on fundamental analysis and by trading with fixed time I can make small but quick profits.
In this way I try to get the most out of the opportunities the company offers.

I signed up for Olymp Trade because I would like to transition from Forex Trading To FTT.
I Checked their platform and spoke to their customer service to clarify a couple of points before signing up.
They advertise a FREE trading account... They advertise that you can do any strategy... well this is simply not true...
I set up my FREE demo account and they tried to put on my 3 indicators for my trading strategy.
The first indicator they didn't have, Smooth Moving Average, So I used 3 EMAs instead.
Then I got, RFI now the problem with this is that they have removed 2 of the settings so I couldn't adjust the high or Low.
The 3rd indicator that I needed was the Williams Fractals...
Well, this is just not available on the demo account, you have to be an advanced trader to access it. OR, YOU CAN PAY FOR IT...
I later got an email saying that my free trial for the indicator was approved, but when I returned to the account, it wasn't it was still locked.
My advice to new traders who would like to start trading and want to use Olymp Trade, make a note of their indicators, watch your videos, and make sure that the indicators that you need are available to you, before studying and doing a deep dive on the strategy, because you may very well return and find that everything you have been learning has been a complete waste of time. I spent a month trying their free demo account got used to it, then watched hundreds of hours of videos to find a strategy that I could work with and enjoy, (1 minute FTT Scalping) then this happens...
Also, the customer service actually told me this...
Well, if that one is not available just use another one like Bollinger Bands...
