I HAVE LOOSE MONEY . The system to use F24 is really rubbish .Futhermore , the advices and the people with i have ask help , didn't give me some good issues.

Excellent personal service and support. I would especially like to thank Mikhail Petrov – always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
The online platform itself works reliably. Personally, I sometimes find certain features less intuitive to locate, such as tax statements or the exact workflow for payments and transfers. I cannot judge whether this is a general issue or simply related to my own usage, but clearer guidance and automatic email notifications when tax documents become available would further enhance the user experience.
Overall, a very solid broker with outstanding human support and a strong service culture.

I had some technical issues with my account updates and trading restrictions, but the support team, especially Pyotr T., was extremely helpful. He stayed on top of my case, followed up via ticket, and made sure all my concerns were addressed professionally. While there are some technical areas for improvement, the human support is top-notch. Highly recommended for their customer service.

My first interaction with them was a disappointment. Their system allowed me to buy an ETF in EUR although this was only traded in USD. I realized that after receiving an email in very bad English. I contacted their support and they did not know exactly what had happened or what should I do. After a day they told me that I could sell the ETF and accept any loses because the price had changed and they would only reimburse me for any expenses. Selling the ETF cannot be done from the usual UI and I have to fill a form (no idea how). Very bad customer support.

Unfortunately below expectations, I do not recommend it as a platform, the reasons are as follows.
1. Many times the platform is not synchronized with the normal share price that is on the stock exchange, so if you go to buy and you do not notice that it has not been synchronized, you buy whatever it is, and you also sell at whatever price it is.
2. There are cancellations of share purchases for no reason (a rarer phenomenon, but it does happen). You have bought some shares and after a day or two you get canceled (this happened to me too.)
3. Last and the best EVER, I bought some shares that were share rights at a much cheaper price than the current price and while the shares were placed in my account, the average money per share in their total did not come out lower than it should have. I mentioned it to them and the next day they changed it for me and fixed the average.
In the end they always have to say sorry you are right and due to workload or some issues on the platform these things happen and it is good for you to check them and tell us!!! MERCY WE INVEST MONEY HERE NOT CANDIES.
Shame and I will also take legal action.

Just opened the account. I tried to transfer some money and they are in limbo. Other online institutions like wise, or banks like bunq it is instant.
I wanted to earn interest in EUR it is unclear how much the interest will be i only get the option for USD at the moment.
The desktop version is very clanky.
Customer service, less than competent seems a bit bothered to talk to a new customer and i cannot evaluate them like in other banks.

My experience with Freedom Finance Europe / Cyprus/ was deeply concerning and raised serious questions about internal transparency.
Over several years as a client, I submitted six formal complaints. Most of them were related to the company’s refusal to provide the basic information needed to confirm whether their margin liquidations were carried out correctly.
Only one complaint was properly resolved — the company eventually restored a $1.5M position, resulting in more than $200,000 in compensation.
The remaining five complaints received no meaningful response.
After repeatedly requesting updates, I suddenly received a notice that my account would be terminated.
What shocked me most was what I discovered afterward:
the person acting as my personal manager and the person who signed the termination notice share the same last name.
These are different individuals, but at no point during my years as a client was this relationship or potential conflict of interest ever disclosed to me.
For a regulated financial institution, this lack of transparency is extremely unsettling.
Combined with the refusal to provide requested documentation and the inconsistent handling of complaints, this experience left me with serious doubts about the company’s internal controls.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend approaching this service with extreme caution.

They have blocked my account with no particular reason, asked to provide income proof and explanation which i submitted 3 weeks ago. In second week of waiting they asked to submit all of it once again.They keep saying that it’s all in review.. All communication is via what’s app chat where they reply like robots. Be aware that your account and your money can be frozen like this without any fixed release date.
