I've ordered from Gitionline before and was satisfied with my purchase. I ordered the Jenia Pant set ( pink, white and green floral print. I received it today. I normally wear a medium. I ordered a large just to make sure it fit. This suit is made out of very very cheap fabric. It is sewn together so poorly. I have no idea what the fabric is. It was on sale Friday after Thanksgiving. It is two sizes to small. I can't return it, I was so looking forward to receiving it. Pictures can be deceiving. If I could give no stars I would.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! ON JANUARY 28, 2025, I RETURNED MERCHANDISE TO GITI'S LOCATION OF CHOICE (USPS). IN MAY, AFTER OVER (3) MONTHS OF NOT RECEIVING A REFUND/RESPONSE, AND UNANSWERED EMAILS/TEXT MESSAGES, I REACHED OUT TO MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. ONCE MY BANK GOT INVOLVED, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM GITI REQUESTING "ALREADY PROVIDED" INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION; ORDER NUMBER, AND TRACKING NUMBERS. USPS INSTANTLY NOTATES THIS INFORMATION INTO THE SYSTEM UPON RECEIVING AND SCANNING THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND A RECEIPT IS PROVIDED WITH SAID INFORMATION. YET, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND! BUT WAS INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT THE USPS, WHO STATES THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS IN THEIR POSSESSION. BAD, BAD,..BUSINESS PRACTICE BY GITI!!!!

I do not know what has happened to this company over the past year. I ordered from them for years and the clothes used to be top quality to the point they rarely offered discounts. Now, I understand why everything is always 50% off. Clothes are trash.

They don't give refunds if the item does not fit. Only store credit. Then you have to pay for UPS shipping in order to return your item ($14.95). My store credit was $22.00 before any return. Horrible! Never again.

I ordered from Gitionline February 24th almost a month later and I still haven’t received my items. I contacted the customer service who said they gave my package to UPS (lies) after I called them out on it they decided to ship it a few days later. Items shipped from Florida so why would it take so long. Glad I have a back up outfit for my husband’s 50th Birthday Party.

Never received my clothes or refund… received a tracking number that don’t work…they don’t respond to emails or chats, this store is a SCAM. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank! DO NOT ORDER FROM GITI, the reviews on Instagram are FAKE!

I ordered an outfit from this GitiOnline, and the outfit was totally different material than displayed, and it's not nearly true to size. Also, when I went to return the item, I was told it was final sale. The website does not display this. Plus, the additional fees that they add on spiked this outfit up to $150 from $69. This vendor is a SCAM.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I really like ordering from this company however they used to be fast. Now it takes almost two-three weeks just to receive email confirmation and shipping details. If I am paying to have my order expedited it shouldn't take two weeks do better.

BEWARE: I strongly advise against using this company. I returned an item and never received a refund. They are a scam, taking customers' money after returns and ignoring my emails. Avoid shopping here!

I will never purchase from this company again. Today is 5/30/2024 and I returned a dress several weeks ago and I'm still waiting on their "return department' to process my return. They don't even have a real customer service department. A person must use their live chat in order to get a response. I’ve ordered from them in the past but it never took this long. I am very disappointed. Just now, I informed the live chat that I would never shop with them again. This is horrible!!

They have cute clothes but the return policy is awful. They have no real customer service dept. Then when I was able to speak to someone I was told 3 days that didn’t happen. In fact, these people don’t even know where my return is and they received it 7 days ago. i doubt I’ll buy from here again.

I’ve tried multiple times to unsubscribe to their emails but they keep sending them a few times a week! I emailed customer service about it too and no response. Horrible!

Poor quality clothing. They don't post your reviews on their website. I wouldn't recommend this website at all.

First off their online customer service chat is crap. I never decided to return items until my recent purchase 2023. Customer service said someone will contact me in 3 days, week passed.... I had to reach out to them and they said the same d**n thing. I will never purchase from this company ever again! Their clothes are poor quality and expensive. I know they better refund me my money or all hell is gonna break loose. At least with fashion nova they send your gift card in a week and their customer service is good.

The product quality was good for the affordable price. Shipping was fast and I had my package delivered 5 days after I made my order. I enjoyed my 3 purchases and will buy from them again.

Buyer Beware. This is Fraudulent practices. When you return item they will not give you credit so you have to report them. They promise you credit and you close out with your credit card. Then when you try to use it they will keep your credit because they have a policy that they labeled chargeback. Meaning if you report them you lose all of your credit. Shady unethical practices. If this happens to you then report them.

Absolutely love there clothes and communication! I have never had a problem with shipping or sizes.
