Goodytee offered $40 refund after my review. So far, no refund.

I originally reviewed Goodytee after receiving a substandard product and being given excuses when I requested a refund. After my first review was posted, the company contacted me and offered a $40 refund. I accepted this offer, but they never followed up with instructions on how to proceed, so I never provided any information for the refund. As of now, I have not received any money. In my experience, Goodytee may offer partial refunds to customers who leave negative reviews, but they do not always follow through. I am also reporting my experience to other consumer‑protection and review sites such as the Better Business Bureau, FTC, Facebook, and similar platforms so other buyers can see what happened. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from Goodytee unless you are prepared to risk receiving a low‑quality product and having difficulty getting a refund.

I’ve never bought one thing from this website, but I just read all the reviews… And wow… These people do not like your company whatsoever!… I mean it’s like really really bad… Therefore, I am not going to order anything

Simply a fraud

It's simply a fraud, a scam. The items sent are absolutely NOT what was shown.

I confirm it's a fraud. They know exactly what they sent instead of what they show on their site. A PRINTED vest instead of a knitted cardigan. I've got photos if needed. A one-star feedback is even too much.

Misrepresentation of products sold!

Misrepresentation of products sold. I ordered the lion printed sweater. The site makes it look like there's some kind of leather around the zipper and on the elbows. There isn't. It's all the same material, cheap like silk. Not only is there no leather, the printed on elbow patches don't even sit on the elbow area. It rests on top of the arm, almost at the hinge area of the arm. I ordered a double X because I don't like tight clothing, it came in basically a large size. Don't bother wasting your money, you'll be better off throwing your 60 bucks in the trash, that's where my sweater already is!

The items pictured are not the same…

The items pictured are not the same items that you get. I ordered a Men's Geometric Art Hooded Cardigan. It looks like a warm knitted sweater but in reality it is a printed light weight material that isn't anywhere close to what is described. Also they offer returns but you have to pay to send it back to China. So it makes it not feasible to return the item.

I ordered a chunky knitted hoodie

I ordered a chunky knitted hoodie. What I got was nothing like the image shown on this website. No wool just poor quality material. Wished that I had read the reviews first. People don't buy from this seller, if you do, you are throwing your hard earned money down the drain

The product is not what you advertised…

The product is not what you advertised at all .
Cheap material and you make it seem as though the Armour of God letters are raised, but its just a printed hoodie with poor elasticity.
