Goodytee offered $40 refund after my review. So far, no refund.
I originally reviewed Goodytee after receiving a substandard product and being given excuses when I requested a refund. After my first review was posted, the company contacted me and offered a $40 refund. I accepted this offer, but they never followed up with instructions on how to proceed, so I never provided any information for the refund. As of now, I have not received any money. In my experience, Goodytee may offer partial refunds to customers who leave negative reviews, but they do not always follow through. I am also reporting my experience to other consumer‑protection and review sites such as the Better Business Bureau, FTC, Facebook, and similar platforms so other buyers can see what happened. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from Goodytee unless you are prepared to risk receiving a low‑quality product and having difficulty getting a refund.
