No i am not happy

No i am not happy. Coze i chose option delivered to my home for 5€. But u send this different way. Pick up option was free. In last few orders in this shop is only problems. Of they say sending next day and I wait like 5 days and my order is still no on the way

We’ve since been in contact with you directly. We’re sorry that your order was delivered via a different method than the home delivery option you selected and paid for. We’re still investigating how this could have happened without you choosing the pickup option yourself.

In the meantime, we’ve refunded the shipping costs for the home delivery. As for the delays with previous orders: we hear you, and we agree this hasn’t been consistent enough. That’s something we’re actively working on improving.

Did not deliver and wasted 3 weeks of my time!

Ordered a bunch of items (€100+). First delay, products being out of stock. I don’t know why that didn’t reflect on the website itself. I pay for it to be delivered to my address. Their delivery partner delivered it to a far away pickup point without even making an attempt at my address. I was home the whole day. Wasted two more weeks of my time trying to track it down and sort it with Haarspullen customer service. In the end, didn’t even get an apology. Terrible service, would not order from here again.

Next day delivery is not true any more

Next day delivery is not true any more. I ordered more than 1 week ago and I have not received the items, I emailed them 3 days ago and no reply so far. Also on WhatsApp but it looks like they don’t read the message. I bought online in the past and it was delivered next day as they promised on the website. Very disappointing!

Website is misleading, no "out of stock"

There is no information on the website of any item is out of stock. They still say it will be delivered tomorrow.
I ordered some items I needed for an event and they were never sent. I have contacted the customer support and they told me they wait to backfill the order.
I wouldn't order anything of it was stated on the website. Not happy at all.

Would not recommend - Slow delivery and complicated return process

Delivery took a long time even though I knew one of the items was incorrect. Trying to now return the item and there are no clear guidelines on their website and limited country options in their return dropdown - not the country I'm living (Denmark) in even though they shipped here. Confusing and not transparent. Won't order from here again.

If you need something right now, don't order there

False “2-day delivery,” fake stock, weeks of delay — and they think €4 makes it right. Total scam vibes.

Update: Your reply is just empty PR: no compensation, no accountability, only excuses for 6 weeks of delay and false stock claims. Saying “this is not the standard we strive for” means little when your actions show otherwise. AND I was the one contacting you and sending follow up emails after weeks of no answer.

In short: poor communication, false stock status, failed delivery promises, and absolutely no accountability. I will not be ordering here again, and I recommend others think twice before trusting them.

Avoid this company. They promise 2-day delivery and show items as in stock, but my order took 6 WEEKS to arrive. The company only admitted after my repeated emails that items were on backorder; something never disclosed at checkout.

Instead of transparency, I was left waiting with zero proactive communication. Their “solution” was either to cancel items or offer me a 5% discount on a future purchase — effectively €4 for weeks of delay, broken promises, and misleading stock information. When I pushed for fair compensation, they hid behind “policy” and refused to take responsibility.

This is not just bad service; it borders on misleading advertising, which is against EU consumer protection rules. Products listed as available should actually be available, and delivery guarantees should mean something.

Lack respect for deadlines and lack of consideration for customers.ral purchases from the…

I've made several purchases from the website, and although they have good products, delivery is ALWAYS late. They rarely have stock, so they say they'll deliver the next day, but it takes more than two days to deliver, contrary to their website promises. Today I suffered my third loss with them, and besides not buying from this store again, I want to share this experience because if you depend on a short deadline, it's better to buy elsewhere. They lack respect for deadlines and lack of consideration for customers.
