Item I won at auction through Invaluable was not as described orquality I expected for the price. Minimum postage - even for single or small items is £20. They dont allow you to cancel bid at 10% charge like other auction houses either.
The hardwood stand that I won in their auction was broken when it arrived,it was badly broken but the way it was packed securly was impossilble for this to happen in transit,but when contacting them they insisted that it must have happened in transit and quoted me the legal rangle and said that nothing more could be done!
