Much easier than buying in the shops
Simple, straight forward and responsive. It’s easy to change delivery intervals and their shampoo is the best.
Great price and thumbs up just needs tweaked
I'm all for competition and give a big thumbs up to this company for competing against the dominant market leader who's prices for blades are quite frankly extortionate! I switched to Harry's and found the shave very good but unfortunately the blades keep cutting me in the same place above my lip and it may be because there is no movement in the blade. I have had to change back to my old expensive blades but hope you come up with a solution for this so that I can change back over.
Just Don't Get It
I honestly don't see any difference between these and Gillette's razors. They're not less expensive.
BEST BLADES EVER!
Harry’s blades never fail to impress and their new PLUS range is no exception. I find shaving tedious and often painful in the past when using other brands inferior blades but no more is it a chore! The new plus blade is better than ever which I thought was impossible but Harry’s have done it thanks guys …. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Texturizing hair putty contains strong perfume scent and not labeled on packaging. Be cautious if sensitive to fragrance.
I purchase Harrys texturizing putty for my hair and the product seemed to work ok but I had to remove it immediately after applying. It is heavly scented with a perfume like smell and I immediately had an allergic reaction. I am very sensitive to any perfumy scents and there was nothing onbthr packaging that said the product was scented. It is not mildly scented. It has a very strong perfume like smell. Very disappointed and cannot use the product. Unfortunately since it is now opened and used, one little finger dab, I cannot return it to the store. It has given me a headache almost immediately. Why have the product scented like a perfume, a very strong perfume. It should be clearly labeled that it contains a strong scent. Why not label or have two products, a scented and unscented.Ibelieve Harrys shouldvrefund mybmoney should return my money. I am literally sick after using this. Please anyone sensitive to perfumes be cautious when using this product.
Wanted to like but not for me
Really wanted to like these razors because they looked value for money. Sadly they didn’t live up to my expectations. The razor blades pulled at my whiskers rather that cutting through the and I was left with a number of nicks and cuts to my skin. I haven’t had such an uncomfortable shave since I last used a disposable BUC razor over 30 years ago. Will not be buying again.
Harry's ignored my daily emails for over a week
I received an email from Evri to tell me my latest delivery from Harry's was due but they failed to turn up as arranged. Instead I had another email from Evri saying there had been a problem but they were committed to delivering my order at the same time.
I assumed this meant the same time the next day. But they didn't turn up again so I emailed Harry's to ask where it was but received no reply.
This process continued for eight days. I emailed Harry's on a daily basis and, on a daily basis, I was completely ignored. There is no phone number listed.
At last I contacted Evri (remember my contract was with Harry's) and was told that my parcel had missed the connection with the courier but that they would email me by 11am the next morning with an update.
Sure enough, they emailed me the next day to say that my parcel had been delivered at 05:07 that morning and so they were closing their enquiry.
At this point, with fiction starting to enter the story as no parcel had been delivered, I told Harry's to cancel my account with them. They had already realised that Evri had been lying about the delivery as they were poised to send a replacement parcel FOC but, as that would presumably also be 'delivered' by Evri, I wasn't going to hold my breath.
I've liked Harry's products for nine years but I won't put up with being ignored (by Harry's) or lied to (by Evri).
I can't understand why any company should want to associate themselves with Evri with all its deceit and incompetence. Surely time for another name change!
Better than the named brands
You don’t need to go out and buy the name brands when you have Harry’s, their blades are better than the expensive ones and you also get a better shave with them. I use them mainly to shave my head and they give me a very good shave.

Never once have I had any issues or problems with products subscriptions or delivery.
Only issue I ever had was when I accidentally broke the handle of my Harry’s Razor (actually the wife did)……..sent customer services a cheeky e mail……48 hours later I received a brand new one free of charge.
A lovely gesture & superb customer service.

I had an issue with the connector…
I had an issue with the connector breaking off of the handle and wrote a negative review because of it. Harry's responded and they decided to replace the defective handle. I did not expect that level of customer service and therefore I stand as a loyal customer of Harry's. Thank you Harry's!
Great product but they use EVRi for…
Great product but they use EVRi for deliveries, who didn't deliver my package and the replacement was sent out by EVRi who again failed to deliver. I have asked for a refund and cancelation of subscription.
great blades & products
great blades & products, been using HARRY's Blades for some years now, cost less that other companies & blades last longer & don't seem to cut myself very often which is a bonus as shave my head as well & as we all know head cuts bleed & bleed LOL, thanks guys
First time buyer
First time buyer. Package was lost by Evri. Customer service non-existent, received generic responses by an AI Assistant.
Harry’s apparently lost my account…
Harry’s apparently lost my account entirely. They have no information about me after using them for 3 years. Then the lack of support and piss poor attitudes of the support people made it easy to say goodbye to Harry’s. They didn’t want to help me for eight months believe it or not!
Consistently good!
I have been using this product for several years now and I am really pleased with the service. The blades themselves are really sharp and provides a good shave but also very safe. I tend to change my blades weekly and therefore receive supplies every two months. When I travel on holiday I can’t take my blades with me rather than have blades building up I can go online and postpone my next scheduled delivery by a few weeks. The biggest advantage for me is consistency! In the past my wife purchased my blades with the weekly shopping and every week it would be a different make or design. With Harry, it’s the same shave day after day.
Harry's Plus not available in Canada
I've been a loyal customer of Harry's since it launched and sold exclusively in Target stores. All these years later, Harry's launches Plus and advertises on SiriusXM and Golf Channel, both with Canadian subscribers. And the product is not available in Canada.
