This product is great because my mum can now sling her small light bag containing oxegen over her shoulder and leave the house and breath easy for 4hrs !
She had stopped going out before because the big heavy oxegen tank was too heavy for her to put in the car and left her breathless .

Regarding the oxygen production effect you reported, our oxygen concentrator has an oxygen flow rate of only 2L and a concentration of only 30%. We humbly accept all criticism and suggestions and will use your feedback as an important basis for optimizing our product.

Life saving
After a few weeks in hospital with serious lung and heart issues my elderly husband needed oxygen supply 24/7.
I was looking for a portable oxygen concentrator to simplify our follow up appointments with his doctors and discovered this very helpful device.
This particular oxygen concentrator is easy to use, runs for ca. 3 hours on removable battery which recharges pretty fast, but would recommend to purchase spare one.
To my surprise it arrived in a nice box with two sets of tubes, spare battery and shoulder bag to hold the device.
I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO OTHERS!

Good morning from here in Australia I…
Good morning from here in Australia I sent for the machine not sure what I was getting or not but very pleased when it arrived I only used it for walking and find when I get back it’s helped my breathing I really wanted it for bowls but it is very noisy and I might be told to turn it off ,still have to try out .For wearing it I think if you could strap it on you could wear it on your side instead over your shoulder and have the clips able to detach,otherwise the strap be a bit longer so it’s sits lower down on you .

I find the portable machine to be very good for my gym workouts & walking but have found that the battery only lasts for 9 holes at golf.Is it ok to attach a Power Bank to extend use for the 2nd nine?
When walking I have the machine on my back using the straps provided. These would be more comfortable if the straps had more padding. Overall I'm very happy with the machine.

Regarding the battery life, we appreciate you bringing this up. The standard battery runtime for this model is approximately 4 hours. It's important to note that this unit is designed to deliver oxygen at a fixed flow rate of 2 liters per minute (LPM) in Continuous Flow mode. Therefore, the primary factors affecting the battery duration are the ambient temperature and the total duration of use. During an extended activity like golf, the battery may be depleted before completing a full round.
Your idea to use a power bank is an excellent solution! Yes, our concentrator is compatible with external power banks to extend its runtime significantly. For optimal performance and safety, please refer to the user manual for the recommended specifications for compatible power banks.
We have also carefully noted your feedback concerning the strap padding for enhanced comfort. This valuable suggestion has been forwarded to our product development team for consideration in future design improvements.

This machine has changed my mums life
This machine has changed my mums life! The mobile oxygen cannisters by the nhs are heavy and bulky .
However this machine is light weight and easy to use for her.When we take her out it is so much easier ! She needs 2 litres of oxygen per minute so this machine is perfect for her.I would highly recommend this machine!
