Honestly, after 3 years of daily use, these pans have held up incredibly well. I recently had some slight peeling near the rim—probably my own fault with seasoning—but customer service fixed it immedi... See more

From Denise M to Lysette L, customer service has been great. Lysette was patient with my back and forth questions regarding seasoning and proper care, responding almost immediately. My warranty claim was handled effectively and efficiency. Many thanks HexClad!
Warranty process was simple and did not take long. Quick video and some follow up photos and we were taken care of in about 48 hours.
Hector C gave me great information about my order. Much appreciated!
Mishaunna was awesome. She was very quick to responding to my emails and getting the order placed and shipment being sent out. She was very good. Thank you
The Hexclad team was GREAT!
I ended up with duplicate items (the salt and pepper shakers - which are the best I've every used) and the team helped with the return and getting the credit processed afterward. They always respond promptly, with positivity, kindness and professionalism.
After losing our home in a house fire, the first emotion was gratitude — my entire family made it out safely. That’s what truly matters.
In the days afterward, the reality of what we lost began to sink in. And while things are just things, some of them hold meaning in ways you don’t realize until they’re gone.
In December 2025, I made the decision to replace all of our old “non-stick” cookware with HexClad. I wanted something eco-safe, high quality, and built to last — cookware that could handle real family meals and years of use. It wasn’t just a purchase; it was an investment in the way we gather, cook, and connect at home.
When HexClad stepped in to replace our fire-damaged cookware, it meant more than I can put into words. It will help us take a step toward when the rebuilding of our home happens - and with it, the tradition of home-cooked meals that are such a big part of our family.
Thank you for not just standing behind your product, but for standing with your customers in hard moments. That kind of care makes a lasting impression.
Mishaunna M was professional and provided a great customer service. I always recommend hexclad products. It had made my kitchen lifer easier than ever!
The team have been very efficient and helpful in solving my problem.
Had a product question and received a timely answer.
My customer service rep was Don P. and he was more than great! He helped and accommodated me with a replacement, and I could not be happier! Will definitely order more of the HexClad products in the future.
Hexclad has amazing products and excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!!
First time customer, bought some fantastic knives. They were very well packaged and just sexy as hell when I opened the box. I have since returned and purchased the pots & pans, mixing bowls, knife block, drying mats, bbq grill set.... and can't be happier. Will forever be a customer of HexClad and highly recommend to others.
genuinely cannot believe I paid nearly £200 for this sauté pan. After being dazzled by glowing celebrity endorsements and slick promotional videos, I expected exceptional performance. What I received instead was an overpriced, overhyped lump of metal that fails at the one job it’s supposedly designed to do.
Let’s start with the so-called “non-stick” surface. Unless the definition of non-stick has recently changed to mean “aggressively adhesive,” this pan is a complete disappointment. Eggs cling to it like they’re afraid of abandonment. Chicken welds itself to the base. Even with oil, butter, and a prayer, food stubbornly refuses to release. I’ve owned budget pans at a quarter of the price that performed infinitely better.
And then there’s the weight. I understand that quality cookware can be substantial, but this thing feels like it was forged from gym equipment. Sautéing vegetables shouldn’t double as a forearm endurance test. You practically need a personal trainer just to lift it off the hob. Pouring out a sauce requires strategic planning and possibly a spotter.
For £200, I expected professional-grade performance. Instead, I got a pan that looks impressive on Instagram but underdelivers where it matters most — in the kitchen. Celebrity endorsements may sell products, but they certainly don’t guarantee quality.
Save your money. This pan belongs in a display cabinet, not on a stove.
After numerous emails to customer service and absolutely no response l continue to give them ample time to get a reply (3 months in the last inst) still silent even after sending photos of the offending product
People please stay clear of Hexclad and save your money and sanity

An absolutely horrendous company to deal with
culinary disappointment were an Olympic sport, the Hexclad sauté pan would take gold — and then demand a premium surcharge for the medal.
This pan arrives wrapped in the kind of marketing bravado usually reserved for revolutionary technology. “Hybrid innovation.” “Professional-grade.” “Game-changing.” What it actually delivers is a confused, overpriced identity crisis that combines the worst traits of stainless steel and nonstick into one deeply frustrating piece of cookware.
The surface — that aggressively advertised hex pattern — is less “engineering marvel” and more “food trap.” Eggs cling like industrial adhesive. Chicken bonds to it as if forming a lifelong commitment. Delicate fish? Forget it. The supposed benefit of the raised stainless ridges protecting the nonstick layer sounds impressive until you realize you’re left with sticking, uneven browning, and a texture that makes proper fond development unreliable at best and chaotic at worst.
Heat distribution is equally baffling. For a pan marketed as premium, it develops hot spots with surprising enthusiasm. You end up playing musical chairs with your food just to get a halfway respectable sear. A sauté pan should inspire confidence; this one inspires micromanagement.
Then comes cleaning — the final act in this expensive farce. Food residue wedges itself into the etched hex grooves like it’s settling in for the winter. Instead of a quick wipe-down, you’re scrubbing a geometric maze. It’s almost poetic: a design meant to look cutting-edge becomes the very reason you dread washing it.
And if you think customer service might redeem the experience, prepare for the sequel nobody asked for.
Attempting to resolve issues feels like navigating a bureaucratic escape room. Responses are slow, scripted, and conspicuously indifferent. You’ll be asked for photos from twelve angles, batch numbers, purchase receipts, possibly your firstborn child — all before being told your perfectly reasonable complaint falls into a conveniently vague exclusion. The tone manages to be both patronizing and dismissive, as though the problem couldn’t possibly be the pan — it must be your cooking technique, your stove, or perhaps the alignment of the planets.
Warranty claims feel less like support and more like endurance trials. Communication drags. Accountability evaporates. Resolution, when it finally arrives (if it does), feels grudging rather than helpful.
At its price point, this isn’t just disappointing — it’s insulting. There are stainless steel pans that outperform it for half the cost, and nonstick pans that run circles around it for a fraction of the price. Hexclad has engineered a masterclass in marketing and paired it with cookware and customer service that fail to justify the hype.
In the end, the only thing this pan consistently delivers is regret — and that, unfortunately, comes perfectly seared.
I contacted Hexclad today and my enquiry was solved in less than an hour; i am truly one happy customer not only because i am got value for my money on the cookware purchased but a very very good customer service as well. I am looking forward for buying again some of your other products when good sale comes along.Excellent service Veronica W. Thank you again
Amazing customer service! I bought my pans in 2019, and the company just sent me a replacement for a recent issue. It’s rare to see a brand stand by their product after 6 years. High quality and highly recommended!
Had to reply back a few times but HexClad never disappoints in product or warranty!!
I am thrilled with my Hexclad and have replace all of my pots and pans with Hexclad. Let me share my thoughts:
H igh-quality sturdy pots and pans, will last a lifetime

A mazing customer support – helpful, knowledgeable, and real humans
D ishwasher safe – but super easy to hand wash
A few words about the amazing customer focus. The sales staff show and demonstrate the pans. No hard sales tactics. No need because the quality speaks for itself. The customer service staff are responsive, respectful, and give outstanding customer care which is so rare theses days. I'd like to give a special shout out to Hailey C., Mostafa M., Holly S., and Refaat E., each of whom helped me with great patience with question I had. Their follow-up was rapid and complete. I hardly reccomend Hexclad !!!!!
I own many HexClad products and would recommend them to anyone looking for well-made cookware. That said, this review is really about HexClad’s customer service.
10/10—and I don’t rate companies lightly.
I had an issue… and yes, they actually made it worse at first. But instead of becoming one of those companies that shrugs and moves on, they owned it. They reached out promptly, were thoughtful and professional in their response, and somehow managed to turn the entire situation into a genuinely pleasant experience—which was no small feat, and frankly, not something I see often these days.

True to their word, my pot that started to show a defect was promptly replaced after showing proof of purchase and pictures. The process was very simple and appreciated.
One of our HexClad pans seemed to have an issue with the finish and everything was sticking to it. We have the whole line and only had issues with this one. I submitted a claim online and promptly received an email back with cleaning instructions to try first. I gave those a try with no luck and sent updated pictures. Again, very quick response from John A. A replacement pan/lid were sent right away and the new one works perfectly! Great customer service from John A. Happy we invested in HexClad.
