Never again. I understood and was patient with my order because it was busy season. I then realized my order was never given to the courier, so I contact customer service to inquire about my order. After a month I finally get a tracking update that my order has finally begun the process to be delivered. I then find out after only receiving one item of my order (paid for more than that) that it was shipped in two different parcels yet I only got one tracking number. Going back and forth with customer service they only THEN show me the second tracking number and a picture of my package “delivered” outside in the middle of some random street, and there’s nothing they could do and to contact the courier for an investigation. Spoiler, they don’t get back to you. Dude… customer service is the one they showed me the picture of my package in the middle of the street.. I couldn’t even get a partial refund. Thanks for having me pay >$100 for 1 T-shirt.

Cheaply made, poor quality! Avoid at all costs.
Ordered from here after my favorite anime/manga shirt site went down. Shipping was crazy long and when I got the shirts I immediately trashed them. They were so cheaply made it was like wearing tissue paper. Sizing was totally off and it was apparent this company does not sell quality. The graphics on the shirts were blurry and muddied. Thankfully, my favorite site is back up and running and I don’t have to buy from Hokuro again.

Returns are not possible..
The quality of the shorts that I received were good, but the sizing was way off.
Contacted customer support and they were very quick to respond which is appreciated.
I requested a refund and was offered a 50% off code for each item that I wanted to return which I rejected.
I sent the parcel off on the 13th of January and it was attempted to be delivered on the 16th but no one was there to accept it. I've been able to check on the local couriers site, who have confirmed it's in the local post office, available for collection.
Hokuro have confirmed that they cannot process the refund until it is 'delivered to the warehouse' but it was and no one was there to accept!

We’d like to clarify that we do have return options in place, and many customers also choose exchanges when there’s a sizing issue. The alternative solution that was offered to you was simply meant to provide another option and help avoid high return shipping costs, which can unfortunately be quite expensive. Of course, you’re always free to accept or decline any proposed solution. It was never intended to prevent a return.
Regarding the return itself, refunds can only be processed once the parcel is successfully delivered back to our warehouse. If the package is currently being held at a local post office due to a missed delivery attempt, it would need to be collected and marked as delivered before we’re able to proceed.

The cheek to even ask for a review, AVOID THIS COMPANY, ordered on the 6th not shipped until the 21st AFTER I raised a case with my bank, my bank have even had to escalate it further and agreed with me, useless customer service who just give a tracking number despite the apparent items not moving £140 down if my bank wasn't any good, they will give some generic answer about it being holiday season...
