Do not ever think to buy anything from this website. Probably they sell stocked defacted items they get them cheap and resell them on sales on local prices. The worst customer services. 4 days to call you back. I purchased mobile it came with battery defacted they offered me to send it to a service workshop. Why wd i pay for fixed mobile? I could have buy it used from finn. They are not professionals nor reliable company.

I called you after long talking he said he will call me back! After 3 days i called him back again.. He told me he forgot about me. Again he said he needs to talk to his boss.. 3 working days passed.. Again i called back.. So yes you have the worst shitist customer services.

You are not accurate nor an honest. Your costumercare officer was supposed to contact the workshop service department and come back to me.. No instructions or anything was discussed. Later in 3 days when i called him back he informed me that ur workshop doesn't fix xiaomi 15 pro. And i asked him if i didn't call you back for how long you have kept me waiting..? He said sorry i forgot about you. He even forgot what the depart has told him abt the mobile. And he did it again kept me waiting for 3 days. Shame on you to keep bluffing about this. The complain already issued.

Hei! Her var det mye usannheter. For det første, vi selger kun nye produkter. For det andre så er forbrukerkjøpsloven slik i Norge at forhandler har rett til å gjøre ett reparasjonsforsøk før ombytte. Det tok ikke 4 dager før du ble kontaktet av kundeservice. De gangene du har snakket med kundeservice har du fremmet usaklige krav og trusler. Du har fått beskjed om hva du skal gjøre for å få din telefon reparert, og vi vil gjøre det vi kan for at du skal bli fornøyd.
Oppdatering:
Du fikk beskjed ved første henvendelse at du måtte sende inn telefonen til oss for reparasjon og du ble samtidig opplyst om dine og våre rettigheter. Du tar så kontakt selv etter flere dager og vi gir deg igjen instruksjon om hva du som kunde må gjøre. Hvis du ønsker å klage inn dette til forbrukermyndighetene er dette din rett og vi vil selvsagt besvare denne klagen når den foreligger.
