Not good

The quality isn’t bad, but it’s so narrow that it squeezes the whole blanket. Not only does it look awful, but it’s also uncomfortable to cover yourself with at night. Money wasted. In short, it’s awful—definitely not worth buying.

They sent me the wrong order

They sent me the wrong order.

EDIT: I contacted customer service and this is what they said --

"We will of course look into this. We need to get the faulty item back to us. To return, follow the instructions in the package, where you also have your return form and return label. Make sure to pack the item well, and use the original packaging if you have the opportunity. If you do not have the original packaging, pack it as best you can in another carton or thick plastic. You deliver the package to the nearest delivery point. Save the return receipt you receive from the carrier until the return is complete. You will receive a confirmation when the return has been processed, and the refund will be made via the payment method you chose when you placed the order. If you would like us to place a new order, we will be happy to do so, and then it will be via invoice. There is an invoice fee of 29 NOK, and a credit check may be carried out. You can also place a new order yourself via our website. Get back to us when you have received the item and have decided to keep it, and we will make sure you get the same price as on your previous order if the price is different."

Of course I will return what they sent to me, using the return package. But why should I have to place a new order to get what I originally ordered, and why should I have to pay anything, due to their fault? I ordered a cable, and they sent me two spotlights. It's obviously a packing mistake in their warehouse, because the order slip in the package was correct (for the cable). It's my first time using this website, and I've been waiting for this cable with excitement for my project, only to be completely disappointed :( Customer service response was completely disappointing.

Out of 3 products i ordered I received…

Out of 3 products i ordered I received one of them and this review is concerning that particular product ( Jotex Eddison stumtjener). In the website the diameter mentioned is 30cm , however actual diameter is ~37cm and this messed up our plan. Also, the screws on the wood rod (#2 - ref. Assembly instruction document) where the #3 piece is supposed to be screwed onto , was of very poor quality and it came of the glue / thread from the wood. So , I had to buy a glue and fix it myself . I would have returned it but I didn’t want to go through the hassle again. I’m currently waiting for my other two products and crossing fingers hoping the measurements are as per the website.

Recieved order late but Product is good

The order was delayed and they did not have an overview on when it will arrive. However it came a week late and after a few email exchanges. Although, it was annoying that the product was late and they have no idea when will I get it but the product itself is solid and looks exactly as shown on their websites. They also promised for compensation for the delay so changing my opinion on the service.
