Freehand markers are an absolute waste
I was a customer of inkbox when they originally opened. The freehand gel that came in a bottle with a needle point tip was absolutely amazing. After my last bottle of that finally expired, I thought I’d try the freehand markers they now sell. Disappointing is an understatement. 36 hours later, my design is not developed, it looks light, patchy, and faded like two week old henna, not fresh and dark like it should. The marker bleeds into skin lines in a way the old ink never did. The real slap in the face is the markers are over double the price, for a much worse product. I have no idea why they traded out the gel for these, but I will never buy from them again. The customer trust is completely broken.
They have been great
They have been great. Even if I had issues with my order. Once you get the hang of the application, the product is amazing. Mine stayed on for 10 days. They are blue on my skin for some reason but still look great.

Ordered 5/11/25 supposedly despatched them per company email, as it was international delivery my son has waited for them but zilch

Love their markers. Fast and helpful customer service 😃👍🏻
I love the inkbox markers for creating my own designs, especially now that there are width and shading options. Unfortunately a few in my recent order seemed to have issues as they weren’t marking. I wrote to customer service and after a couple of quick emails my order was refunded! I was disappointed that the markers didn’t work but I won’t hesitate to order from them again knowing they have my back.
Super cool idea
Super cool idea, I was thinking about getting a permanent tattoo and a friend tipped me off to Inbox. what a fun idea to be able to "try out" your tattoo before you make it permanent. So many styles, stayed on for about two weeks, would definitely use them again!

I bought multiple items from 4 different semi-permanent tattoo companies on the same day (artinklink, easytatt, inkdance and inkbox) and this has been the worst one. Both in customer service and confirmation time, i dont even have an email saying something has been shipped yet. Its been 12 days.
Requested a refund but im sure that'll that'll take twice as long.
(Easytatt were awesome in terms of customer service and I would $1000% suggest them more)
Misleading Options & Terrible Customer Service
I selected the option to have my tattoos wrapped individually because they were gifts for friends, and I wanted each to come with instructions and packaging. Instead, they all arrived shoved into one cardboard sleeve.
When I contacted customer service, I was told “that shouldn’t be an option but we haven't updated our website, oops our bad”. No probs I just need another cardboard sleeve. But they can't do that apparently. Instead they advised me to buy my own packaging or just gift them as-is loose with no wrapping. If it’s not an option, why is it offered at checkout?
To get a refund, I now have to cut the tattoos in half and send photos — a colossal waste of time over something as simple as a cardboard sleeve. For the sake of a tiny packaging detail, they’ve lost me as a customer, along with the friends I was gifting these to.
There are other companies that respect their customers and actually provide the service they advertise. I recommend using one of them instead.
They look real!
Great customer service! the tatoos are helping me and my daughter decide where we will want permenant tattoos. I've had multiple people comment on the ink thinking it was real. Great product.
Don’t last long
I am impressed with the designs and the ease of applications, however I think they should be made to last longer for people who are on holiday, sunbathing, swimming etc. Mine started fading on day 4 even after applying Vaseline to protect against the chlorine. They also stayed a dark blue colour.
Epic!!!
Epic product, epic speed, epic customer service. The product is sooo cool and came so quickly. The customer service responded so fast I felt like I was the only customer :)
Top-notch
I recently ordered three Inkbox tattoos, all with different sizes. The designs came through clearly, and they looked good on my skin—particularly the smaller pieces, which seem to turn out the best. Within about a day after applying, the tattoos had already developed fully. They lean dark‑blue rather than pure black, but it’s not a downside in my view.
Their customer service was also very good. There were some minor delivery issues, but they addressed them immediately and ensured everything was resolved!
Quite a helpful customer service
I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address and their customer service to fix it was nice and easy.
I had a too high res photo for the tattoo I chose, and they helped me get a better quality tattoo
Will get more
Love it. Easy to apply and lasts a long time. I will definitely be buying more.

Cheers from UK, London.
OK very pleased.
OK. The temporary tattoo lasted a bit longer than expected. Maybe because of the type of skin I have. It was very clear and easy to apply.
Taxes fraud
They are charging taxes for international orders, but not collecting on behalf of your country import agency (they just pocket the money). When confronted with that, they stopped replying. At this point this is just fraud. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.
On the product side, some tattoos seem not to last very long (3-4 days) and others +1 week. I used the same method every time.
Great service
Great service, very helpful if you have any questions and quick to adjust tattoos if need be or give a refund. Definitely a trustworthy site.
Tattoos are good quality, easy to apply and last long as stated on website.
