I’ll never recommend any one . Very worst company . I have NCB . I send them certificate . They decline me 1 month after . They told me they not accept old NCB . NCB of course will be old not new year .

Ridiculous n unlawfully the most expensive Food delivery insurance in the UK Market. Compatible only for drivers with: DR10, DR20, DR30 -DG10 DG60 DG80. These cr3t1ns plays the monthly cost of insurance as traders for good. Nothing sacred.

Ignored all my emails and took money out of my account whenever they felt like it. No I had not hit the low balance trigger point to cause this they just took more money from me because it had been a while and they felt like it. Then refused to reverse it. Just go with Zego they’re way better.

Good morning.
I want to warn other people to be very careful with this insurance company.
I have been insured with them for more than seven months and I have recently renewed my policy again. Despite this, they are now asking me for a CBT certificate, even though I hold a full A2 motorcycle licence, which legally allows me to ride A1 and A2 motorcycles. I also hold a car and bus licence.
The problem is that this company does not understand or correctly identify the difference between an A1 licence, an A2 licence, and who actually needs a CBT. I have explained this by email, by phone, and in every possible way, but they still do not understand it.
They are now threatening to cancel my policy, which would mean I lose almost £300 that I have already paid. I do not know if they are trying to keep my money or if they are looking for an excuse to cancel my policy, but this situation is completely unfair and unacceptable.
What is most worrying is that the staff do not seem to be properly trained to deal with customers or to understand basic driving licence rules. Every time I speak to someone, I have to explain everything again, and nobody seems to know what they are doing.
For these reasons, I consider this company unprofessional and I strongly advise anyone thinking about using them to be extremely careful.
