So they said they delivered my parcel after paying extra for next day delivery but I have CCTV all over my house and it definitely was not delivered and someone was home . So beware as I've emailed them and nothing back to say where my parcel is. So I will definitely willnever order from these people again and warning others . Beware people

Just wanted to add from a previous review I had written. It took the In the Style team 3 weeks to reply to my comment saying to email the complaints email and they would get back to me. This was in August, still waiting for a reply.

What even is this company? A pile of rubbish that's what. Paid for next day delivery 9 days ago, item still not arrived. Tracking hasn't moved for 4 days, due to move house in 2 days and all I get told is they've escalated it to Evri. I want my money back
Never write reviews however I am left fuming with the absolute poor customer service .. I have emailed, left contact messages, sent message on Instagram and Facebook and heard absolutely nothing!! You offer next day delivery but then no order arrives the next day how can you charge customers for next day deliver and not follow through do not order from these!! Have no care for their customers absolutely disgusted by the service

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered my daughter a dress on next day delivery on Wednesday and it's still being processed today!!! No way of contacting them except sending a message. They don't reply. Would never use again.
Refused to refund items twice within the return timescale, avoid this company at ALL costs
Quality and pricing if clothes is good. Tracking and customer service is nonexistent when returning items. No confirmation that item has been returned despite it being tracked and no sign of a refund. Customer service email is ignored. Has unfortunately put me off ordering again.
Bought my wife a jumper that didn't fit, but it is proving really difficult to return the item. Have contacted in the style via email but no response. Decent quality clothing but aftersales requires improvement.
Bought a pair of size 20 jeans that fitted perfectly so decided to buy another 2 pairs only for them not to fit at all, I couldn't even do them up! So then I bought a size 22 pair thinking they'd definitely fit... I couldn't do them up even more!! The sizing is definitely off especially when I'm usually a size 18 in most my jeans but knew in the style ran small so went with 20...

Absolutely ridiculous! Send returns back 18th August they received 20th August and still nothing. The customer service is now giving me the run around. I sent tracking in first email then they asked for confirmation on what I’d sent back and order number, sent that heard nothing back. Sent another email asking for someone to reply and got can you send tracking and confirmation on what you returned which I have already done!! Thankfully I paid with a credit card so should get my money back but a warning to everyone! Don’t use!!!
If I could give no stars I would. They are still selling clothes yet not giving refunds to people who return their poor quality clothing. Had numerous emails since June with promises of a refund but it always fails. Then I was added to a list to be looked at. BE WARNED DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM.
What ever you do, DO NOT order from this company.
The fact that the clothes are cheap, poor quality and stink of chemicals the main reason is that they do not refund once you have returned the items.
The return process is impossible, the site returns portal doesn't work. I had to get in touch with paypal who finally got through to them to sent me the correct email details to actually make the return.
Then once they received my items they never refund the money. With countless emails back and forth they still haven't refunded me!

It was not compatible with generating the returns label. After several customer service email exchanges, I was sent a link to generate the return label, This was seamless and the additional prompts in the email were useful,

Emailed about a return in order to get my money back before the closing date, as the returns portal doesn't work online (or on the app, I tried both). I NEED MY MONEY BACK, but customer service via email won't reply to my pleas to requesting a return!!!
I never ever like to leave bad reviews however I have recently had a terrible experience with this company, I purchased two pairs of the miracle jeans, one in blue and one in black, they were lovely except the black jeans had a very very over powering chemical smell, I’ve had this before with black jeans and it usually washes out, so I have constantly washed the jeans and tried to soak them etc etc expecting that it would wash out but I honestly think the smell is getting worse, it makes me feel sick it’s so strong . I contacted customer services to inform them and ask if there is anything I can do to remove the smell, they offered me 20% refund, I then excepted that, I was told the refund was issued and then a week or so later I hadn’t received any money, I contacted them again and was told they won’t be issuing a refund as too much time had passed since purchase, so I had been told I would receive a refund by two different members of staff, then told the refund had in fact been issued and to expect it within 3-5 days (which must have been a complete lie?) and then they changed their mind? It’s just been handled so badly when I purchased a product that will have to be thrown in the bin!
After being a victim of SIM swap fraud, I lost control of not only my phone number but access to my email account.
In the style will not change the email address to my account which is utterly pathetic they're up themselves that much. If I can change it with a bank and proper real organisations where there is credit involved, why on earth will ITS not change it? Pathethic excuse of a company to that think they're that important.
