The cathalogue was confusing: To see the paintings of day 1, I could simply click on a sample painting - no problem. But for day 2 there seemed to be no paintings. Only after asking did I discover t... See more

STAY AWAY this has become a scam site
STAY AWAY this has become a scam site. Wanted to bid on some jewellery and had to open an account (including credit card) to do so. When the jewellery I bid for never arrived I assumed it was the fault of the specific auction house and not Invaluable.com itself, BUT when I tried to delete my personal and credit card info from Invaluable, the site said it is "not possible to delete my account" nor was it possible to remove my cc details leaving me no choice but to cancel my whole credit card altogether. STAY AWAY!
The folks at "Invaluable" are professional
The folks at "Invaluable" are professional and very helpful! I am new to this--they help!!
They made a mistake and lied about it!!
I needed to use an electronic funds transfer for a payment, and Invaluable gave me the wrong account to wire the funds to. It cost me $20 to initiate the wire, and $45 to process the denial. I asked Invaluable to refund me the costs since it was clearly their mistake. They said they had called my bank and my bank would refund the money to me -- A TOTAL LIE (I checked with my bank). An email to the representative I was working with and a separate email to the CEO and no answer from either. Terrible company, no integrity, no honor. Plus they have higher fees than any other auction clearing house.
this buyers premium is much too high
this buyers premium is much too high. 10-15% makes some sense. your metal auctions have seen their best day, i'm out.

Faulty ring - poor service
I purchased a ring on Invaluable, Pottle Auctions.
It was a ring to celebrate my retirement. Their commission was $700. It was an expensive item. I was told it was brand-new and on receiving at the claws catch on my clothes. I sent it back and they said they had repaired it and sent it back to me. A repair hadn’t been done. I followed up and asked them where they got it repaired and told them I still had an issue and now they ceased responding to me. It’s such a shame the ring is beautiful but not fixing it and then ignoring me is terrible service. Happy to take your money but that’s where it ends
Invaluable is Fantastic
Invaluable is Fantastic — EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!
I’m a legit regular buyer and they banned me for absolutely no reason.
I was a regular user and active buyer of auction items with this company. They added my account to the “blacklist” for absolutely no reason. I contracted one of the auction houses because I wasn’t getting approved to bid on any auctions. The auction house told me I had been flagged on the platform. This is after buying and paying for my won items multiple times. I reached out to Invaluable seeking a resolution and they were very rude and unhelpful. Deleted this app and went gave my business to LiveAuctioneers where I purchased multiple thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. Your loss.

Scandal !
Scandal !
1.
I had the highest bids for 3 magazines in the auction on December 12; due to a technical problem, only 2 were confirmed by Invaluable. The auctioneer initially said that I had won all 3 items, but the first one (for technical reasons, they realized too late that I had also won it) is being offered to me at the reserve price.
2.
Today he writes that INVALUABLE would agree to repeat the auction for these 3 lots within 24 hours! Even though I won all of them! It is illegal and incorrect! What is the legal situation in such a case?
thanks for you support !
Nefarious Behavior from Invaluable.
. I have been bidding on top auction houses without any issues for the past 30 years. Then in November this year, I successfully bid on invaluable for the first time as a registered bidder, received an invoice from them and paid within a few hours. Then when I applied for registration for another auction house they said that my request was declined by the auction house. When contacted, the auction house said that is due to Invaluable placing me on their Universal no bids list. How can you do this to someone who has a 100% clean record?? I tried to get in touch with Invaluable several times and they never responded, despite giving me three or four reference numbers, confirming that they have received my complaint and promising to respond. That is an indication of shady business practice or skullduggery. Other auction sites like live Auctioneers respond within a few hours. Beware of giving them your card as they will never allow you to delete [unlike Live auctioneers etc.] even if you wish to close the account. If I find the right attorney, personally I would consider suing them for defamation

I’ve been very disappointed with my experience using Invaluable. At first, I was able to participate in a couple of auctions without any issues. However, after a few bids it appears that unless you pay for their subscription service, they eventually place you on a universal “no-bid” list. This is especially frustrating because their own website states that paying for a subscription is not required to bid.
I’ve tried multiple times to get answers from their customer service team. Every email I send generates a confirmation number, but no one ever responds. I also attempted to call the phone number listed on their site, and it now connects to what sounds like a travel agency — not Invaluable.
I’ve enjoyed using the platform in the past, but the lack of customer support, unclear policies, and inability to resolve basic account issues make it impossible to trust the service. I hope they improve their communication and transparency, but for now, I can’t recommend them.
Beware - Universal No Bid List Automatically
Beware. According to Invaluable their system can place you on a non-bidder blacklist for zero reason. It's random and was told there's no way to override it. I registered for an account and immediately bid and won a $3,000 item and paid the bill. Suddenly I'm placed on a No Bid list and am not allowed to bid. Customer service says no way to override and gave me a bunch of excuses on how it's done automatically. I'm very active in many online auction platforms and spend a lot of money annually on my collectibles. To be treated this way for zero reason with absolutely no way to resolve it, is ridiculous. Customer service just responds with system generated responses, so you get nowhere with them. Horrible experience with this platform.
What a farcical almost corrupt online…
What a farcical almost corrupt online bidding system. You bid on an item that you have won then at the end when time is up you get a message 'bidding extended for five minutes,' 'then bidding extended for 10 minutes' and you lose the auction. Never using invaluable again. It makes a mockery of what an auction is about.
Doggie asssssssss
The valuation on the jewellery is absolutely lies and the diamonds are all junk .The antique are photos shopped and when u get your item it’s all junk.I lost over 10 k from Julian do not trust them .buyer beware.all positive reviews are bogus .He ripped me off hard and to get a response via email for a complaint,,,good luck .Hes a con man .When u get your item vetted u will find out .Do not buy ,accc and fair trading are after Julian the conman
Wonderful aoo
They cover a lot of auctions, keep me fully informed about items i am interested in and give me the possibility to follow live auctions. I actually love them!!!!!!
The worst of the worst .
The worst of the worst .
Glitches happen all the time , get locked out of bidding at the last moment .
The staff are rude and unhelpful.
I really dislike using this website and groan if an auction house uses their platform - entirely user unfriendly.
DO NOT CREATE an account in Invaluable. It is NOT secure.
To begin with, my name is William John Conrad II. My father is William John Conrad Senior. My Father and 6 of his WWII veterans bid on EJ's Auction through Invaluable On-Line. I never bid on this auction site. EJ's dispute was that my father bid on a jewelry item. The only thing they ever bid on was model train stuff. My mother, his wife, passed away in 2008. He would have never bid on jewelry.
At the time this bidding took place, November and December 2022, I was taking them through Europe to the WWII sites and to visit the people they befriended during the war. We were in Europe for more then 2 months. There was no way any of them were bidding on EJ's.
We tried to resolve this with EJ's with no success. We consulted his lawyer and filed complaints through the Better Business Bureau and other government agencies. EJ's response was that he made derogatory remarks against them and barred him from bidding, but they never deleted his account, even after his lawyer sent them a letter requesting this.
My company is an internet security company who does work for the Federal Government and various other companies world wide. I began an investigation into and discovered that Invaluable had many security breaches which they were not addressing. There were many complaints that bidders were not given the opportunity to delete their accounts. We also traced the bidding on my father's account took place in Phoenix Arizona. It stopped when I changed his password on Invaluable.
The results of the investigations were sent to EJ's and Invaluable but we never heard anything back. My father passed away 2 months after we returned from Europe. We did not continue our dispute with the matter, but they never deleted his account.
My father was very upset by EJ's actions against him. He was never accused of a crime. He was a well respected Veteran and businessman.
I assumed that this matter was ended until Stout's Auctions denied me from bidding on their Auction through Invaluable. As far as me bidding on Stout's Auctions, It has been about 2 years since I bid. Reviewing my account I see many items that I never bid on or purchased. They also connected my account with my father's account.
At the advice of my lawyer, and since there is no option for me to do this, I request that my account and my father's account be deleted immediately and I be notified when this takes place so that I can verify. I also wanted to know why I couldn't do this.
I inherited my fathers train collection of more then 10,000 item, some dating back to the 1800's, and a 4,000 square foot layout in my basement. In my father's Will he made it perfectly clear that no auction associated with Invaluable be used to liquidate it. The veterans and I will maintain it.
My Advise is DO NOT CREATE an account in Invaluable. It is NOT secure.
Beware of Live Auctions…
I purchased coins in a live online auction held by Key Date Coins on the Invaluable platform. I paid thousands of dollars for the coins but never received them. After many broken promises to deliver the coins, Key Date Coins ceased communicating with me. Invaluable has been unable or unwilling to help me get the coins or a refund.

It was somewhat difficult to set up an account to bid on items. I signed out of my account and tried to sign back in several hours later, but was unable. I was told to start the process over. Now I worry about my credit card info. Not touching this auction site again.
