Emre is just an amazing dentist. He is always welcoming and so cheerful every appointment. Emre has done quite a lot of work on my teeth and always has done an amazing job . I had tooth ache just before Christmas and he saw me in his lunch break .

Worst decision ever. This clinic has ruined my teeth for 6800 euros plus the trip to Istanbul, flight ticket 1000 euros for 2. I had my teeth done in July 2023, after a week back and forth at the clinic, I returned to Denmark. I had such severe pain that no Panadol, ibuprofen, or tramadol could relieve me. The clinic offered me to go to Hanover to their partner clinic to have a look at my teeth. I drove to Hanover, and the doctor there believes that there is cement between my crowns, which is causing the pain. He removes the cement and also says that the crowns are not properly attached to my completely damaged teeth! I stay in Hanover for a week and complain about my pain. I write to Istadental and visit a dentist in Hanover multiple times, but he assures me that the pain will decrease over time. After a week, I give up and travel back to Denmark as I have already spent 2000 euros on hotels in Hanover. Time goes by and the pain gets worse, and my entire nervous system is affected. I can't tolerate anything, and I cry all the time. I choose to go to the dentist here in Denmark, and it turns out that 16 teeth need root canal treatment because they have been excessively damaged, and the crowns are not properly attached. There are gaps between the gums, my own teeth, and the crowns. Istadental says, “They just want to make money, that's why they say that.”
I visit 3 different dentists, and all 3 dentists say the same thing. I choose one and start my treatment with them. They need to do all the root canal treatments and then remove all the crowns and make new ones. The total price is 7500 euros. I write to Istadental and ask for compensation because they are the ones who have damaged my teeth and not done them properly. I receive a response that I can travel back to Istadental where their most skilled dentist will fix my teeth. I decline that offer. “Most skilled dentist,” who and what was the one who did my teeth?? I demand a full refund. But they rejected and can only get the maximum refund for 2 crowns, as in 3 months they will put crowns on the 2 implants I got from them, which amounts to 350 euros 😂 They send that to me and promise to send details about the implants so that the doctor in Denmark can continue, as they use different implants. They did not send it! please do not to choose that clinic. All this has cost me 17.300 euro thanks to istadental!

read your response. Yes, in Hannover They recommended patience. As I mentioned, I was on paracetamol, ibuprofen, and tramadol every 4 hours for 5 weeks. Patient? On top of tooth pain, I also had stomach pain... I don't care about your guarantee because I will never visit this clinic again. 22 teeth have crowns and 19 teeth have had root canals, including the 3 that Istadental treated before the crowns were placed. Have you sent details for the implants? No, you haven't done anything that I've already paid for. There are a lot of promises, but no! Unfortunately, I don't expect anything from you. I just want to warn others not to end up in my situation!
